Originally call LRR in for some minor repairs and to clean my gutters they completed these job quickly and professionally and also noticed that the wooden batons had rotted so need attention gone unnoticed this could have caused serious damage.

What a fantastic and refreshing company to deal with for our roof repairs. Mac the main man who explained everything prior and even showed me the damage using his drone was fantastic. All the lads in the job from the scaffolders to the roofers were on time, professional and very polite. From meeting Mac to job completion duration was only 4 days. A true 5 star friendly service!
After getting a quote we went with Leicester roofers and they were very efficient. Scaffolding went up within 2 days and roofers started work immediately after that. Communication was good and we were kept up to date with what was happening. End result looks brilliant. Thank you to Mac, Shay, Nathan and scaffolding involved who were professional throughout.
Great service all round, Mac came and seen me on the day and put his drone up onto my roof that had been leaking at my commercial premises. He instantly told me what the problem was and gave me a honest quote within minutes and within a few days it was sorted, very stress free experience and great communication, will 100% recommend and use for any future issues. We were thinking of the possibility of a new roof when a severe thunderstorm highlighted the need for some urgent repairs anyway. Leicester Roof Repairs came and gave us a quote for a complete new roof, and we decided to progress with this. The work was started promptly and the finished roof looks very nice. The roofers were polite and worked efficiently. There was a slight problem with the scaffolding company being a bit slow to remove scaffolding when required, but overall we would recommend Leicester Roof Repairs.
