I’ve used Paul for the last 2 boilers I’ve had fitted and they’ve always done the services to keep the warranty alive. He’s very knowledgeable and friendly. Very professional and clean. He turned up on time and got straight to work. I’d definitely highly recommend him to anyone.

So very impressed with this Company having being recommended by our daughter. Paul the heating engineer’s expertise is second to none. He fitted a new boiler for us, is very conscientious and left our home clean and tidy. He went above and beyond to meet our needs. Sammi was excellent in keeping us informed if we had any questions and we would have no hesitation in recommending him because he is so reliable and knowledgeable - not to mention a lovely person.

I’m extremely pleased with the service provided by All Star Heating from beginning to end. They removed our old back boiler and installed a new combi boiler in the loft. The team worked tirelessly, putting in long hours, and they were both professional and friendly throughout. A real problem totally resolved. Jordan responded to our urgent request, arrived on time, assessed the problem and set about a resolution. It became a greater challenge as the job progressed but Jordan remained focused on resolving the issue for us. He was totally professional, stayed until the job was completed to our full satisfaction. I recommend him with the full belief that he will continue to offer excellent service, so much so that we are contacting him to carry-out some now non-urgent work for us.

Fantastic, responsive communication and prompt action when I had no hot water for three days! Jordan came round at a time to accommodate my working day, identified the issue and was able to replace the faulty part there and then. Excellent service, honest and trustworthy and good value too. Jordan responded at short notice to fix a leaking pipe connection which was dripping water through the new kitchen ceiling. It had been installed badly by another plumber only weeks earlier. Jordan also rectified the outside condensing pipe (also done by the other plumber) which not only leaked but wasn't regulation anyway. Jordan was very professional and polite and I'll use him for all my heating/plumbing in the future. Already recommended him to my neighbour.

I called Highway Plumbing and Drainage to resolve a blocked drain. They were with me within three hours and resolved the issue quickly. They also checked to see that there were not any potential longer term issues. They were polite and professional, the service was reasonably priced and I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again.

Just moved in to a new house. The boiler packed up and the kitchen sink was slow draining. Alvin replied promptly, was able to fix the boiler and also cleared the blocked drains. Quick service, very efficient and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend and will be calling him again when needed.

I had been renovating a flat but unfortunately had an issue with a drain blockage. I was in need of fairly urgent assistance. Alvin was on time, polite and sorted out the problem in a quick and efficient manner. He had all the kit that was required to help clear the drains - with his camera (and some dye I put down the toilet) I could see the drains working again and the problem was resolved. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this excellent (and fairly priced) service.

Had water coming through Dining room ceiling late on a Saturday afternoon, phoned and although Mark was on his way out came round and found the leak whilst his wife and daughter waited in the car. Came back later that evening and fixed the fault. Excellent service and did the whole job for what some firms charge for a call out!!

Called on a Saturday afternoon as had a leak coming through the garage, Mark came around within half a hour and sorted it. He was really helpful and full of knowledge and advise. He also looked at the bathroom and gave really good advise on a new suite that we want. Definitely recommend 👍👍
