We are so happy we got in touch with Ryan and Ricky, it is extremely hard to find honest trades people nowadays, but they did an incredible job with fitting our new shower, changing it from an old power shower to a thermostatic and plus replacing the tiling in the areas affected. Quick at responding and genuinely nice people I would use them over and over again for the future and they will always be the first people I contact. We are very pleased to have recently used Richard & Joe to install a replacement Oil Boiler, Hot Water Cylinder, all the Radiators & Valves and Control System; bringing us into the 21st century. From the initial contact to the completion of the work, the Weatherall & Wyles team were very professional, friendly & quick to answer my questions. The quote was competitive, the quality of the work was excellent & carried out to schedule. I was initially concerned to have the Power Flush, however, there were no leaks & having seen how much sludge had been in the pipes, I would now recommend a Power Flush. At the end of the installation the house was left tidy with all the rubbish removed & Richard ensured I knew how to use the New Control System. They fitted our new boiler really quickly and began work on the new bathroom straight away. They were all friendly, polite and tidied up after each day. Totally professional and finished a complex job on time and successfully. This was a job that every other plumber had turned down because of its complexity. Paul and Sam have a lot of experience and were prepared to take it on. They worked non stop for a week and barely took a break. When they hit a snag three days in, they involved me in the discussion, came up with alternatives to the original plan and nailed the solution with no drama. The job entailed lifting most floorboards and carpets in the house. When they were finished I couldn’t tell they had been in the house. I can’t recommend these guys enough and will use them every time above anyone else. Fantastic!

Sam and Paul did a full heating re-plumb of our 1960s 3 bed semi recently, also reconnecting an old boiler to tide us over through winter and re-plumbing some hot and cold pipes that were pretty rickety. We're really pleased with the work, everything's been working as expected with no issues. Sam and Paul were very attentive to details when re-laying the pipes, explained all the work and helped us pick out the right new radiators. They even pointed out some adjoining safety issues with the electrical rewire done previously by another contractor and helped sort this out by moving the pipework slightly. The work was finished on time, work areas left tidy and the costs on work and materials were clear and transparent. Overall we'd be really happy to work with Sam and Paul again.

Paul and the team are great. Over the last 4 years they've fitted me a whole new radiator system, new boiler, new pipe work and return to service it every year. They've just upgraded me to hive and everything works perfectly. Great service, friendly chaps and very helpful. Wouldn't use anyone else!

Just had some emergency work undertaken on our combi boiler and VSmart connection. Brilliant work by GPS Plumbing & Heating Ltd. They were quick, efficient, polite and extremely helpful. Perry Vincent came out on a Sunday and then again with a colleague on Monday. Both appointments were pre-arranged. Not only was Perry on time but both times he rang 30 minutes before arriving. He also sorted out our related apps on our phones which we both (hubby and wife) had issues with. Perry also rang a day later (today) to check all was ok. I highly recommend. We have no personal connection with the company. We will definitely contact them if needs be in the future and have already agreed to an annual service for the boiler.

Excellent service from Joe and the team. I was rather pitched in with Transcrew accidentally as my previous installer went bankrupt after doing the survey and Joe stepped into the breach. Joe was able to identify issues with the previous survey, some of which would have affected efficiency, some which were frankly undoable. I would strongly recommend Transcrew purely on this basis alone. They don't dabble in Green energy, they specialise in it. This can focus can significantly improve the performance of your system. During the actual install they were prompt, pleasant and very professional. They got the work done with a minimum of fuss and mess and followed up with the appropriate paperwork in a very timely manner.

When I called Fineline the phone was answered straightaway and the call was handled sympathetically and very efficiently. Shane and his assistant came out and dealt with our issue the next day.
