We are so happy we got in touch with Ryan and Ricky, it is extremely hard to find honest trades people nowadays, but they did an incredible job with fitting our new shower, changing it from an old power shower to a thermostatic and plus replacing the tiling in the areas affected. Quick at responding and genuinely nice people I would use them over and over again for the future and they will always be the first people I contact. Jordan responded at short notice to fix a leaking pipe connection which was dripping water through the new kitchen ceiling. It had been installed badly by another plumber only weeks earlier. Jordan also rectified the outside condensing pipe (also done by the other plumber) which not only leaked but wasn't regulation anyway. Jordan was very professional and polite and I'll use him for all my heating/plumbing in the future. Already recommended him to my neighbour.

We called JPS out due to the boiler having stopped working - because of all the heavy rain. Jordan came out quickly to assess the situation, he was prompt to diagnose and set about ordering the necessary parts. Once the parts were in, he ensured he came back to resolve the issues. We really appreciated him working late, doing all the gas safety checks and issuing a safety certificate.

Dean has been our go-to plumber for the last eight years. He has done a variety of plumbing work for us over the years and I recently called him about a leakage in one of the pipes where the hot water cylinder is and also a leakage from one of our radiators. He responded promptly and came over to have a look and identified the cause of the problem and fixed it very efficiently as usual. His customer service is excellent; he is very curtiuos, understanding and helpful. Competent, knowledgable, clean and tidy. Very professional. Dean is an honest and reliable guy and I have always found his quotes to be very competitive. Finding a tradesman you can trust and build a relationship with when it comes to repair and maintenance work is a big plus and Dean is one of those people. We would thoroughly recommend him and will call him again when we need any plumbing work undertaken.

An overview of my personal experience of the respective company: Mr Dean Pugh has proved himself to be a consummate professional, having undertaken tasks of a range of sizes. I had originally located ‘DRP Plumbing and Heating’ via another well-known review site and although based in Ashford his target area did indeed cover Kent as a whole. The primary task was the selection and installation of an energy efficient boiler (with as long a manufacturer’s warranty as possible) by a 'Gas Safe' registered engineer of long-standing. Given just how positive the pre-existing reviews were, I included his in a round of quotations. Dean readily inspired the essential level of confidence and the task was duly assigned. His attention to detail proved to be second to none and the boiler has indeed been a very sound investment in the years since. It was also pleasing to note the importance placed by Dean on leaving the installation area in a very tidy condition (which cannot, unfortunately, always be assumed these days). A couple of years later I found that my bathroom cistern had developed a really annoying slow leak; without hesitation I again called upon DRP’s services and the issue was rectified very promptly.

Ethan and Sam helped me create my dream bathroom, they were friendly, helpful, highly-skilled and efficient. Great at coming up with clever solutions when my plans wouldn't quite work, excellent communication and very tidy! This must be the millionth time Ethan came to the rescue. The first time was a year ago after we had another plumber damage our home. Ethan and his team corrected all the leaks and damage. The most recent time, my hot water was not coming out. Arrived on the same day, as they said. As always clean, wear foot protectors so respect the clients home. He always thoroughly explains what the issues are so its all understood. The only plumbers I trust. Thankyou once again.

I called Beaumont Plumbing Solutions in the morning and within an hour he called back with the good news one of his team would be there in 30 minutes. Ethan turned and was extremely polite and after reviewing the shower tray, which was a problem for many plumbers, he went straight to work and the blockage within 30 minutes cleaning the area as he was leaving. Such a service is hard find and I will be using them for my plumbing works.

I called Josh late on a Friday afternoon due to a leak underneath my boiler. He tried to help over the phone straight away, but due to the issue it couldn’t be done. He then made sure someone came out to me as soon as they could, they were very professional and efficient, cleaned up and everything was restored to the way it was when he arrived, after taking flooring up! Perry and the team installed a new replacement boiler for my mother and did an absolutely first class job for which we were very thankful. I was dealing with Perry on the phone from London and he continually kept me abreast of what was required, when the materials would arrive and found positive solutions for the job in hand. Just had some emergency work undertaken on our combi boiler and VSmart connection. Brilliant work by GPS Plumbing & Heating Ltd. They were quick, efficient, polite and extremely helpful. Perry Vincent came out on a Sunday and then again with a colleague on Monday. Both appointments were pre-arranged. Not only was Perry on time but both times he rang 30 minutes before arriving. He also sorted out our related apps on our phones which we both (hubby and wife) had issues with. Perry also rang a day later (today) to check all was ok. I highly recommend. We have no personal connection with the company. We will definitely contact them if needs be in the future and have already agreed to an annual service for the boiler.
