During the process of Roland’s eviction Ian visited & phoned regularly to give us updates (cameras in attic) So nice to have follow-up phone calls after the event to check everything was ok Absolutely no hesitation in recommending this company 👌👌

Ian replied instantly, in short order was on the phone and arranged to come the next day - Ian arrived exactly as he said he would, told us what he would do before starting his work, and proceeded immediately. I can't thank Ian enough from his prompt response to my WhatsApp message and the initial survey of our property and then coming up with a plan of action. Within an couple of hours he had already trapped one of our "none paying lodgers" So after several months now of camera monitoring by Ian and trapping we can sleep easy without the scratching noises from above.
