Donna at Tornado was fantastic when it came to sorting a rat infestation at a family home. She explained exactly how and why the rats were getting into the property and showed me the evidence, and she advised what we needed to do to make life more difficult for the vermin. Over the course of three weeks, Donna returned regularly to check the traps and eventually, plugged the holes to stop them returning.
