From making that first phone call, within 3 hours they were at my mums property. Very quick and efficient service. Very friendly staff. They gave me a 30 min to arrival phone call which was a great help as I didn't need to be at my mums for hours waiting. They dealt with the problem and explained what would happen. They phoned me to make the second visit which was good as it had slipped my mind. Came out checked and put more bait down. But all good. Again friendly and efficient. Very pleased with the service. Would deffinatly use again.

Andrew phoned and gave me his eta and arrived in good time. He got straight to work and explained what he was doing and that it would take seven days to clear however the following morning the wasps were gone and there has been up until now no sign of them returning.
