Stephan came out the same day we called which was such a relief! He was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, and explained everything really clearly. I felt reassured and rightly so because the problem (rats) was quickly sorted and for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!

I woke up this morning and had an absolute meltdown because I found what I thought were rat droppings on my windowsill. In an absolute panic I called Pestforce asking when they could get to me, the guy I spoke to was so lovely and reassuring he really calmed down my anxiety. They said they could fit me in today which was really reassuring. Anyways, turns out the rat droppings were just caterpillar poop from the plant on the windowsill. Disaster diverted! If I ever do have a rodent issue in the future though I won’t hesitate to call Pestforce as the guy I spoke to was genuinely so nice and reassuring.

Met stephan but contacted Malcolm initially. Very approachable and professional. Stephan came to visit the same day and made myself at ease. The problem was sorted after the first week but visited 2 more times to ensure there were no more issues. A top quality service from start to finish. Thank you gents 👍
