Josh was very knowledgeable and helpful with advice on the best toilet for the cloakroom. All work was completed in a very clean and tidy manor. Great experience with Josh and his team on fully renovating our bathrooms. Couldn't recommend them more! It was the first time doing any house work for me and I could not be more pleased with the experience. They took care of everything from design, to suggesting and supplying products and doing the work quickly and professionally. Communication was timely and clear, and Josh was always there to answer any questions, so I felt I could really trust him and the team with everything. To start, Josh took measurements and Erin reached out to ask for our vision and delivered designs according to what we expressed after just a couple of days. The quotes we got were more detailed and clear than any other we'd received, including all details about the products we could use, selected by them, but of course also making it very easy to change anything we wanted and give feedback along the way. They were also ready to start work very quickly and we were done with the full redo of our bathroom, cloakroom and shower room in less then a month. Frankie and Lewis, who did most of our work, were diligent, helpful, friendly and minded all the details. The work was done to a very high standard and they even came to do some minor touch-ups we noticed, with no fuss after the work was done.
