Best roast I’ve ever had! And fantastic value. Very quaint little pub in a very cute village. We will be back for sure! Didn’t stay so can’t comment on the hotel, but the staff were lovely and friendly.
Great place for a Sunday lunch after a dog walk. Service has been great, patient and helpful team! The food is really good, the large portions are huge but the dogs helped us get through it.
5* review, lots of other tables with dogs so today at least it’s the Castle and Hound Hotel.
Amazing food! And dog-friendly, so nice to be able to have an excellent meal without leaving the dogs behind. Lovely location too.
I actually visited just for the Sunday roast and it did not disappoint! One of the BEST Sunday roasts I have eaten out! A must try! The service was very welcoming and attentive! A cost little country pub! Highly recommend!
