Not registered with this dentist but struggling to get an appointment with my own I called up at 11am enquiring about an emergency appointment and was offered one for 4.40pm the same day!! The clinic is very clean, modern and spacious. I'm a nervous patient and the dentist i saw made me feel at ease and explained everything he was doing. After the examination and xrays I was prescribed antibiotics, explained what further treatment was required and what fees I'd be looking at if I decided to go ahead through mydentist, he also offered to send the details to my own dentist if I would rather go ahead with them.
I'd love to swap over to this dental practice from my own and hope some NHS places open up soon!
Lovely staff, the receptionist, the assistantant who took me to the room and the dentist herself all very professional. Dentist showed me the xrays, gave me options and explained exactly what was going on with my teeth in detail. Highly Recommended.
I cannot fault Dr Asser and his dental nurse (sorry I can't remember your name). My daughter and I are always put at ease by them both and have had only positive experiences. Highly recommend.
This was my first visit to this Dental surgery. My original surgery had closed and I had not seen a dentist since Covid.
The staff were friendly and I was impressed with the attention of the dentist who attended to me. She was very professional and checked all my details and explained all procedures.
The only problem I experienced was finding my way back to the reception. The rooms are on different floors and many stairs.
I am just so happy to have a dentist even though it means having to travel so far.
