Perfect! A ceiling rose fixed for me, and My lights in my rooms look great, lounge light was a bit of a mission as a very old light but managed it beautifully and fixed new light sockets around the house for me. Very good price wise! Lovely friendly guy and very professional and will have him back shortly for some more work! Totally recommend. 😊

Gloria's cafe has been done up. It doesn't have the red furniture any more. It is very clean. The toilet was immaculate. The food was nice, I only had beans on toast and I would say the portion of beans was too much. The service was a little slow, but the waitress did say it was her first day. Overall very good though.

Jordan and the Team at Monarch Electrical were fantastic. I had a full house re wire and the team were brilliant. I can't recommend Jordan & his team highly enough. They did a fantastic job wiring our dream home in whitstable. Their knowledge & skill was fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. Having lived in the house for approx. 4 months now the lighting is each room is perfect with no shadows, all the sockets in exactly the right position & height & this is solely down to the metiuclous planning and thought of Jordan & his Team. All the work was completed to time and they did exactly what they said they would do and when. If you hadn't already have guessed, i would recommend Monarch without hesitation. Came for sunday morning coffee. Lovely little cafe/antique shop run by a lovely couple. Super friendly and welcoming, tasty coffee and cakes. Even if you don't sit and eat, you can browse the trinkets for sale around the shop and in the back room. Will definitely make this a regular stop when visiting the town.

Really lovely cafe at the absolute top of the high street. A tiny bit off the beaten track at the top of the high street. Walls adorned ( as wallpaper effect) with actual (it appeared) hessian coffee sacks with different bespoke brands of coffee / single roasts. Items for sale displayed everywhere Attention to detail was really great, the cake offered warm and with butter etc etc. Place had a nice relaxed vibe and a friendly welcome. Coffee was nice, everyone says it is, as was the toastie. Mulled wine and mince pies too!, but it was 1030am... Definitely worth a walk a bit further up the high street. Great place.

Well this place is adorable. Plants and cute little vintage items you can buy, as well as a nice menu. The smoothies were good-super fresh tasting, and the cheese and onion toasty came with a great side salad. I'm glad we stumbled upon this place and I would recommend. Their jacket potato menu looked quite extensive and I bet there's something for everyone.

Cute and well priced coffee shop located at the top of the Margare High Street- truly the hidden gem of the town. Excellent quality of coffee run by two very nice and welcoming fellas, you can tell they care about the place, customers and coffee. The food is good quality for a quick bite to eat. They know the perfect time to extract that coffee bean!

WOW!! We are visiting for the weekend and knew we had to visit Angela's. With our expectations high, we were still blown away!! The mackerel with kohlrabi and scallops were AMAZING, apple cider sorbet FANTASTIC, and every drink - wine, soft, and coffee - was a delight. Not only was the food and drink incredibly fresh, delicious, high quality, perfectly prepared and creatively devised - the service was BEYOND 10/10. We felt so at home and welcomed. We came in 30 Nov @ 2.30pm - a very special shout out to both waiters who served our table and the chefs, for being incredibly accommodating of a gluten + dairy intolerance - altering the dishes we ordered, explaining super clearly the menu and allergens, and the chefs even going the extra mile to serve us a delicious dessert. I have never been accommodated for intolerance so kindly, professionally, and gracefully - this was just truly fantastic. We will be back!!!!

If you love fish, like I do, then you will love Angela's. An ever-changing and varied choice of sea food based meals that are very tasty. There were a single vegetarian and vegan option for starter and main which were very good also. The staff were very friendly and helpful, as well as being extremely attentive.

A small but cosy restaurant. Excellent and fresh seafood, we ordered scallops and pumpkin soup as starters, the scallops were cooked just well with pumpkin potatoes mashed at the bottom. The pumpkin soup is rich in flavour. Perhaps is Monday, there was limited choices for the main, we have the turbot and skate, both are incredible delicious.

Unreal! Was left lost for words after having the BLT. Genuinely the best sandwich I have ever eaten. The Cold Brew is up there as the best cold brew you can get also. My wife had the Bodega and loved it too. We finished off with the French toast. Top draw pudding that put a feather in the cap of our experience. Great vibe and hugely friendly and happy staff. Will 100% be returning again and again.

Despite being in a problematic location for tourists, those of investigatory inklings will hunt it out and be rewarded. Though downtown Margate has a couple of good coffee places, Skinny Dip is definitely the place to go if you want something exciting and less like the Aussie "Flat White" gurglings. Tom the owner is a fountain of knowledge, and happily recommends things that hit your personal tastes. I had three different varieties of coffee (drip, pour-over and coldbrew), from three different beans, and all of them were great and very different. Behind the cafe in the same building is a form of communal workshop vibe worth a wander, but the star of the show is the coffee.

Myself and the group I was with had a brilliant time, the play area was so helpful. Coffee was great, we had some snacks which we could not fault and the kids were able to play so the adults could enjoy themselves. Staff were helpful and lovely, it was a comfortable experience especially when bringing little ones out can be so difficult. They also have baby change facilities which is a life saver. We will definitely be back!

CALLING ALL LONDONERS!! Finally a great bit of munch without the long journey back to SE London. Without a doubt the best pie n mash I've had. Only been open a year, yet I walked in, met families from Bermondsey and the atmosphere was extremely authentic. YOU MUST TRY THIS PLACE.
