we were with a group of 12, all food basically arrived at the same time, great selection of draught beer. Very friendly service. Quiet beer garden as pub is located off the main road.

A great meal. All 3 courses were tasty and well cooked. Perfect sized portions.
Service was friendly but professional. Our waitress even pointed out the discretionary 10% that had been added on. First time I've had it mentioned. Normally it feels like they are trying to slip it in unnoticed.
I will definitely be going back.

Lovely gastro pub, with typical dishes of the British cuisine. The pub has been renovated in early 2024 and it's wonderful! The staff is really polite and accommodating and it's a nice and cozy environment with a vast assortment of beers and ciders. They also have some good alcool free beers!

Great pub after a long walk from Leigh. Amazing food and such good portion sizes. The mixed roast is a great choice. Very nice staff too.
