Mrs Patel was absolutely fantastic. I was very nervous during my first visit, however she made me feel really relaxed and explained everything in great detail. Even when I went back for an emergency appointment, she really looked after me and took great care during treatments.

Halfway through treatment, and from terrified to reassured already. Roma is so patient. She uses a dental wand which is a game changer, no massive needles. Why did I pick ADC, this is a husband and wife team, they don’t hang their reputation on anybody but themselves. Honest and transparent, no pushing more expensive options, patient led. I keep moving forward with Roma, she is skilled and amazing. See you soon, hope you noticed the squeeze ball survived my dental surgery 👌

Dr Roma Patel went above and beyond on my first consultation for a dental check-up. She was very professional, reassuring and her knowledge on dentistry is by far the best that I have experienced whilst searching for a dentist. The whole reception and technical team were friendly and the practice is lovely too! I will certainly return for future check-ups and whenever needed!

Swapped a manual Thermostat for a digital one on the heating system. Had to cut open wall to mount wall box, was very neat and tidy. Also removed the unnecessary timer in the heating cupboard and installed a blanking plate without being asked which was a nice touch. Very polite and great service.

Prowired Electrical were initially appointed to provide a temporary electric board in MK1 Installations new Warehouse which came as a completely empty shell to which they were able to provide a next day service for the supply and installation. Because they provided such a high standard of service with the initial work as stated above and the costs in doing so were very reasonable, it was only right that the appointment of installing our warehouse lighting was also put their way and again, they were very helpful from advising, right through to again the supply and installation of lighting which was all done within a week. The directors(Danny & Nathan) are always happy to help and ensure that any specific requirements are met regardless of how big or small.

I had my first appointment with Dr. Basanta Shrestha at Sturry Dental Practice on 11th December. Following the extraction of my tooth, Dr. Basanta provided a clear and detailed explanation of my options, including a long-term solution with a dental implant. He was very thorough in addressing my concerns and ensuring I fully understood the process. With Christmas just around the corner, Dr. Basanta thoughtfully suggested a temporary solution using a Maryland bridge. This would restore my smile in time for the festive season—a gesture I greatly appreciated! By 20th December, the Maryland bridge was ready and installed beautifully. It looks amazing and feels like the perfect Christmas present! I couldn’t be happier with the result. A special thanks also to his nurse, Kennis Yuen, who was exceptionally helpful and explained everything in great detail, making the entire experience smooth and comfortable. I had seen Basanta from 9 years,I had to see him this time for an emergency appointment as I had severe toothache. I was able to see him within 90 minutes of speaking to the lovely receptionist (sorry I didn’t catch her name). A relatively pain free appointment and fully informed of what was going on and what to do next. Happy smiley face!!!!!

Fancy not being able to eat over Christmas - I can think of nothing worse. However, that was the position I was in with a fractured upper rear molar. It happened on Christmas Eve and so I sent an email requesting help not expecting to hear back for a couple of days. I was amazed to get a phone call the next day in the morning and giving me an emergency appointment on the day after Boxing Day - 9:30am. I was treated with such kindness and consideration; I cannot praise the attention that was paid to me enough!!! Thank you so much for making my Christmas! A wonderful Dental Practice that looks after all my family.

From the very beginning, he was patient, kind and professional, and thanks to him, I'm not embarrassed by my teeth anymore. I’ve always been anxious about going to the dentist, but Tom changed that. I had a broken crown and some noticeable marks on my front teeth that made me feel self-conscious. (My old dentist told me I’d need a false tooth, not ideal at 35!) Tom looked and said he could put on a new crown and clean up my teeth. He took the time to explain everything in detail, answering all my questions and making sure I understood everything. In a world where many doctors and dentists seem eager to get you in and out, Tom was the complete opposite, he took his time and I didn't feel rushed. Now, not only am I more confident with my teeth, I'm also far less anxious about future appointments. Thank you, Tom, for your exceptional care and to the awesome nurses and reception staff. We have recently carried out a complete renovation of our flat, and Adam and his team at Electrically Sound have been working here for more than two weeks. In that time, they have always been friendly, approachable, and extremely efficient. Adam particularly is quite a rare find; a consummate "problem solver" who really seems to work miracles sometimes, when all had seemed lost!
