Jack arrived at my house to fit an EV Zappi charger, all paid for by my company and I couldn't be there, my husband was there and as a tradesman himself couldn't praise Jack enough 'lovely, chatty, young lad, knew what he was doing' as i couldn't be there he came when I could and explained the ev and charger to me. I agree with my husband, what an amazing young man, professional and Informative, if I had to recommend I definitely would.

We had Jack to install the electrics to our new garden cabin he arrived on time considering the long journey he had, was very friendly, worked really hard while he was here and done a great job. He was very professional, approachable and was able to answer any questions we had. He installed everything exactly where we required it, was a pleasure to have him working at our property.

A small but cosy restaurant. Excellent and fresh seafood, we ordered scallops and pumpkin soup as starters, the scallops were cooked just well with pumpkin potatoes mashed at the bottom. The pumpkin soup is rich in flavour. Perhaps is Monday, there was limited choices for the main, we have the turbot and skate, both are incredible delicious.

I had my lunch outside, which was any of the other places on the square, a long table without nice views. The place looked nicer inside, so I might try that if the weather doesn't call for eating outside. The food was delicious. My turbot was a bit charred to my taste, but not too much to ruin the dish. The service was great, even if i could have ordered another glass of wine if the waiter had not changed in between my courses. While the prices are upscale, I would have expected a few more than three potatoes for five pounds on my side dish.

Nice fish and seafood restaurant in Margate. The food was delicious and the service really attentive. You can feel the fish is fresh and the water always happy to answer any question. It tends to be busy so it is advisable to book in advance.

WOW!! We are visiting for the weekend and knew we had to visit Angela's. With our expectations high, we were still blown away!! The mackerel with kohlrabi and scallops were AMAZING, apple cider sorbet FANTASTIC, and every drink - wine, soft, and coffee - was a delight. Not only was the food and drink incredibly fresh, delicious, high quality, perfectly prepared and creatively devised - the service was BEYOND 10/10. We felt so at home and welcomed. We came in 30 Nov @ 2.30pm - a very special shout out to both waiters who served our table and the chefs, for being incredibly accommodating of a gluten + dairy intolerance - altering the dishes we ordered, explaining super clearly the menu and allergens, and the chefs even going the extra mile to serve us a delicious dessert. I have never been accommodated for intolerance so kindly, professionally, and gracefully - this was just truly fantastic. We will be back!!!!

If you love fish, like I do, then you will love Angela's. An ever-changing and varied choice of sea food based meals that are very tasty. There were a single vegetarian and vegan option for starter and main which were very good also. The staff were very friendly and helpful, as well as being extremely attentive.

Dined here for the first time with friends on the first night of their Autumn menu, furnished and decorated to a high standard, excellent service from all the FOH team throughout the whole evening. Great atmosphere with fine food, highlights were the sea trout, sea bream and a 10oz pork chop. Desserts were very moorish. No 9 is well worth a visit. Thank you.

The best roast dinner I’ve ever had, I would give 10 stars if I could! The roast potatoes were to die for. Fantastic atmosphere and wonderful staff. Thank you No 9. Look forward to returning very soon.

Lovely friendly chap that runs the place, we stepped in for a refresher along our coastal walk and he was very accomodating. I had a trio taster of cider and my boyfriend has a trio taster of local ales. All delicious, dog friendly and the locals drinking there made us feel welcome - thank you!

A quirky little bar.recomended to me by Stephen Haughan.author of the peswari Nan's ( look them up on Amazon) but the bar manager lovely chap.and the customers.non of this oh look a stranger vibe u can get. Will go back again.

I cannot recommend Mark at White Spark highly enough, we were in the process of ripping out our kitchen & Mark hit the ground running, understanding the brief & what we wanted to achieve. Nothing was too much trouble & any extras we needed weren’t an issue. Due to a part of the kitchen being delivered late he had to make extra visits & again always arrived with a smile & got to work. If you are planning to use a reliable local electrician I would strongly advise you to get Mark to quote you, you won’t be disappointed.

After quoting up for a new fuse box and a couple of smaller jobs, Mark arrived on time and completed everything and a few tripping issues on the way. I was interested in what he was doing and he explained along the way. Mark was very professional, completed the work within the time frames set and tidied up after. Not only do we have a safe fuse box, but a working light and socket! Highly recommend, so much so he's going to be doing some work for my dad. Thank you

Great service from Mark at White Spark. We were STRESSED when hubby drilled through an electric cable on Friday night, but Mark came through at 7pm and managed to get our lights back on! Very happy with his service and with the reasonable price! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend :)

To be honest, I read the reviews first before deciding to have my mid-morning breakfast during my one-night stay in Birchington. This little place is a gem! The lady who served me was ever so welcoming - I felt completely at ease! She seems to know all her customers by name and I was delighted to be part of such a warm atmosphere. My breakfast was perfect - I should have had second helpings! I highly recommend Zara's!

This is a real treat of a café. Zara and her partner are so friendly and welcoming. The coffee is great and the food is yum, real homemade treats. We have been going for years with my aunt, but hadn't been in ages, however Zara remembered me and as usual had a lovely warm welcome. It's one of my favourite places in Birchington.

Alistair was quick to provide me with a quote for an electrical inspection for communal fuse box in our small block of flats. I sent him a photo of our existing fuse box & he could immediately see that it no longer met the current regulations. He then quickly gave me a quote for the price of a new fuse box & the fitting.
