This is a real treat of a café. Zara and her partner are so friendly and welcoming. The coffee is great and the food is yum, real homemade treats. We have been going for years with my aunt, but hadn't been in ages, however Zara remembered me and as usual had a lovely warm welcome. It's one of my favourite places in Birchington.

To be honest, I read the reviews first before deciding to have my mid-morning breakfast during my one-night stay in Birchington. This little place is a gem! The lady who served me was ever so welcoming - I felt completely at ease! She seems to know all her customers by name and I was delighted to be part of such a warm atmosphere. My breakfast was perfect - I should have had second helpings! I highly recommend Zara's!

Proper English cafe, real tea proper food lovely service, feels like walking into a family home in the respect that everyone seems to be on first name terms! I had Breakfast No 2 with Scrambled Eggs and extra toast on the side! Went there with my best friend who knew everyone there! If you're looking for delicious food served in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere with ample on street parking, this is the place for you! Popular with locals, and visitors like me alike!

Lovely little place, we stopped off for two toasted sandwiches which came with a small salad and crisps and two lattes. Delicious and only £15, would recommend the cheese and ham toasties which come with cheddar and red Leicester.

We had Jack to install the electrics to our new garden cabin he arrived on time considering the long journey he had, was very friendly, worked really hard while he was here and done a great job. He was very professional, approachable and was able to answer any questions we had. He installed everything exactly where we required it, was a pleasure to have him working at our property.

Jack arrived at my house to fit an EV Zappi charger, all paid for by my company and I couldn't be there, my husband was there and as a tradesman himself couldn't praise Jack enough 'lovely, chatty, young lad, knew what he was doing' as i couldn't be there he came when I could and explained the ev and charger to me. I agree with my husband, what an amazing young man, professional and Informative, if I had to recommend I definitely would.

TT Electrical conducted domestic work for me to a high standard and gave me important safety advice around my current set up. They were able to fit a PIV and cooker extractor fan as well as multiple sockets without any issues. Ty and his colleague were professional and very knowledgeable. Duncan came and helped us with electrical upgrades for our kitchen renovation which were completed to a very high standard. The works were quite tricky and required a few visits, which were attended punctually around the kitchen renovation. I couldn’t recommend Strangxl as a company more. As a family he was very mindful of our home and children. WOW!! We are visiting for the weekend and knew we had to visit Angela's. With our expectations high, we were still blown away!! The mackerel with kohlrabi and scallops were AMAZING, apple cider sorbet FANTASTIC, and every drink - wine, soft, and coffee - was a delight. Not only was the food and drink incredibly fresh, delicious, high quality, perfectly prepared and creatively devised - the service was BEYOND 10/10. We felt so at home and welcomed. We came in 30 Nov @ 2.30pm - a very special shout out to both waiters who served our table and the chefs, for being incredibly accommodating of a gluten + dairy intolerance - altering the dishes we ordered, explaining super clearly the menu and allergens, and the chefs even going the extra mile to serve us a delicious dessert. I have never been accommodated for intolerance so kindly, professionally, and gracefully - this was just truly fantastic. We will be back!!!!

If you love fish, like I do, then you will love Angela's. An ever-changing and varied choice of sea food based meals that are very tasty. There were a single vegetarian and vegan option for starter and main which were very good also. The staff were very friendly and helpful, as well as being extremely attentive.

Nice fish and seafood restaurant in Margate. The food was delicious and the service really attentive. You can feel the fish is fresh and the water always happy to answer any question. It tends to be busy so it is advisable to book in advance.

A small but cosy restaurant. Excellent and fresh seafood, we ordered scallops and pumpkin soup as starters, the scallops were cooked just well with pumpkin potatoes mashed at the bottom. The pumpkin soup is rich in flavour. Perhaps is Monday, there was limited choices for the main, we have the turbot and skate, both are incredible delicious.

I had my lunch outside, which was any of the other places on the square, a long table without nice views. The place looked nicer inside, so I might try that if the weather doesn't call for eating outside. The food was delicious. My turbot was a bit charred to my taste, but not too much to ruin the dish. The service was great, even if i could have ordered another glass of wine if the waiter had not changed in between my courses. While the prices are upscale, I would have expected a few more than three potatoes for five pounds on my side dish.

Matthew and his brother wired up my shed to connect power. They fitted an outdoor socket as well as lighting all round. On a separate occasion they supplied and fitted colour changing LED strip and profiling around my bedroom. Overall they have been really professional, polite and produce high quality work. After seeing the works these guys completed for my daughter, I got them out to complete some work for myself. They supplied and changed all of the downlights in my home for more energy efficient ones. As well as this, we were having issues with ventilation in our bathroom creating damp issues. They investigated the problem and they were very quick and efficient in fixing the issues found and explained everything very clearly to me. Really friendly chaps and wouldn't hesitate to use them again 👍
