Beautiful lodge in a peaceful surrounding.We stayed for a week in The Florence lodge.The lodge itself had everything you needed. The hot tub wasn’t quite hot enough so messaged the Elton Furze team. Lisa messaged back straight away and came to have a look. She explained the temperature is always set at 38 degrees but turned it up 39 degrees. This was better but it did soon cool down. We did not let this impact our break at all. Visited lots of surrounding villages and towns and ventured into Peterborough. Would highly recommend staying at Elton Furze and would definitely come back.

I’d played the course three times this year and decided to organise a golf society trip there. It’s a fabulous course, the clubhouse is modern and very comfortable and all of the team there are really friendly and helpful. You are ensured of a great day out. I can’t wait to go back!

First time of playing this course. Vijay, the club pro, was very welcoming and helpful in the pro shop. Enjoyable experience. Mixture of difficulty over the round. Some very interesting and tricky holes. I would recommend this course. One slight issue - bunkers were in a bit of a state due to all the rain we have had.

Good captain's day out from Priors Hall. Nice course even better we as a team finished 2nd & I individually finished 2nd.

The course was in good shape considering the weather we've had of late. However the slow play is unnecessary by groups, so that soured the day

Our family stopped by here primarily to visit and play "pitch n putt". We played the last couple of days, going round in about 1.5 hours. The course was relatively easy with 12 par 3's all about 50-60 yards. We waited about 20 minutes to tee off. The place was very busy. Facilities were excellent and staff warm, friendly & inviting.

Lovely little course. Played 18 holes this afternoon after I had finished work as I was staying in the Premier Inn next door. It was a decent test of golf with some long holes and some tricky shorter holes that make you think off the tee. The back 9 was particularly impressive. The fairways and greens were in awesome condition. Credit to the green keepers. The guy that checked us in was really friendly as well. Reasonably priced at £22 for 18 holes, after a certain time the price drops to £16, which is great value. Will definitely play again if I am ever staying over for work and have the time. 👍🏼

Well, what’s not to like. Is it a championship standard course? Certainly not. Is it perfect for those starting out on their golf journey or trying out to see if it’s the sport for them? Definitely. Is it a fun 9 holes to practice your short and long play? Absolutely. The greens leave a lot to be desired, and it’s not the most challenging, but this is £5 for a round. And for that price I thought it was a lot better than I was expecting. Everyone on the course we met was also very friendly. First rate.

If the greens were a bit less bumpy I'd give it 5 stars, although the fairways I thought were still decent, it makes a change to doing pitch + putt and driving range, for the price it's a good enjoyable couple hours , defo gonna come here more often

Brilliant little practice course ... perfect for beginners with 9 holes varying in length... all par 3 bar one par 4 .... very open and straight, nice an forgiving. Perfect if you're looking to brush up on your iron work. Pop £5 in the honesty box and you're ready to go round as many times as you like ⛳
