Nice course in excellent condition. 9 holes played twice. Many tee positions on back 9 very different for the men. No longer ‘members only’. Has toptrace. Nice pro shop, excellent clubhouse with super helpful and friendly staff. Recommended!

Played the new course not that different from the old.enjoyed the day and the burger afterwards. Hotel area looks nice. Probably play again in the spring and not so boggy.

Excellent golf course. Very smart bar/restaurant. Very cosy with down lighting. So not a lot of natural light inside. The have a substantial outside seating area with fire pit and down heaters.The course layout has changed from 7 years ago.

Family of 7 total beginners went to use the driving range for some fun. Such lovely friendly people there, showed us what to do and came round and was cheering us on too. 10000 percent recommend. The equipment is really good too. Lovely place, will definitely e returning. Thank you for a lovely afternoon making memories as a family. Your hospitality was appreciated ❤️🏌️‍♂️

If you’re in need of some golfing first aid, then just book a lesson with Gareth. His simple, no nonsense approach will definitely do the trick. Gareth doesn’t overload you with too much information or fill your head with multiple swing thoughts. He just concentrates on the fundamentals of YOUR swing and what you can do to make the improvements that will make all the difference. Highly recommended 👍

I’ve had numerous lessons with Gareth (Bailey) and cannot recommend him enough. His style of coaching means that he is patient, calm and encouraging and everything is tailored to your individual ability. Can’t wait to try out his new studio at the golf course !!

Absolutely fantastic experience! I recently took a golf lesson with Gareth, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. Lovely golf course for the price and well maintained,greens are exceptionally good. Would get 5 stars if the course had a par 5 but other then that, I will definitely be playing here again when I come back next year. Also staff members Jo and Caroline are very welcoming and lovely people. These are the type of people you want to help run your business.

A great 9 hole links course, central to the town. Played as a visitor today, it was very enjoyable. Really friendly, helpful staff and chatty, polite club members. A very welcoming first round at Whitstable albeit a bit rusty and a relatively windy day made for a challenge after the arrival of our a 11 week stint off with a new baby boy 😅🏌️

Brilliant golf club, I first played here over 20 years ago and still enjoy the course every time I play. My son (11) uses the club as part of the junior section and can't get enough of the games on Top Tracer up at the driving range. Highly recommend.

Stayed at the camping on the other side off the road…was the first time playing golf again in 10 years…people in the pro-shop were very helpfull and friendly! Loved the course. Injoyed very much🙏🏻…and Canterbury is a city to visit…the Cathedral is amazing beautifull!

Society day at Canterbury Golf Club. Decent fresh brew coffee and plenty of it and nice fresh bacon butties. Friend had cooked breakfast which was also decent. Considering current weather and lack of rain course was in a fair condition quite a few tight and bare lies. If your off the fairway some areas are rough rough. Greens decent and I putted on them ok. Nice refreshing cold beer on return to clubhouse. This is a nice friendly club.

We went for a quick 9 holes and supper from the bar menu. The course is well kept with attention paid to drainage. There is something for everyone on the menu.

Nice and quiet driving range at very reasonable prices also very friendly and helpful to a new golfer that doesn’t fit your usual golfer stereotype. Will be back to use more of the facilities soon.
