Stayed here overnight on Saturday 30th November 2024. The room and hotel were fantastic. The facilities are brilliant with the pool spa, gym and golf all being top standard. We had a lovely evening meal in the main restaurant. The food was beautiful. All the staff were extremely helpful and polite, especially Harrison who looked after us in the restaurant. Will be going back soon, thank you.

First time visit. Dining area was exceptionally clean, and and very relaxing. The food was amazing, full of flavour and very generous portions. Harrison the young man who looked after us was very polite and nothing was to much trouble for him. Thank you for making our evening extra special

My husband and I stayed for 2 nights to celebrate our Silver Wedding Anniversary on 17th November. The hotel is lovely. Great location, warm, welcoming and relaxing and without doubt the best thing about the hotel is the staff. Every staff member we came into contact with was friendly and attentive and wanted to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The housekeeping team made a special effort in our room making a cute swan display out of towels and leaving a banner, balloons and a card for us. The spa and pool area is really relaxing. The restaurant staff made us a celebratory chocolate brownie dessert which was really cute. We have had a lovely, relaxing break and will definitely be back.

We stayed here (leisure, not business) for two nights in December. The thing that really makes this place stand out is the service and the pool. Okay, that’s two things… the pool is excellent, a pleasant 29 degrees and well maintained but the real stand out is the service. Everyone we dealt with - reception, bar, restaurant - was really pleasant and helpful. I’m going to single out Jess and Harrison in the restaurant for just going the extra mile and making our two meals there especially pleasant but it has to be said that everyone there goes about their job with a smile on their face. It’s rare in this day and age and long may it continue like this at Forest Pines
