I contacted Terry to come and look at my front and back garden to give it a “general tidy up” ready for the winter. This was the end of September. I rung Terry on the Monday morning and he was round within 4 hours of my phone call. He was very friendly and knowledgable and engaged in great conversation. Once we had agreed on what work was needed we agreed a date of only 4 days after the initial visit and work got started straight away. Terry came along with his brother, Albie and the pair were amazing from start to finish. Turned up at 8am and just got on with the job with minimal breaks too. Full credit to both of them. The standard of work and attention to detail that Albie and Terry went to was second to none!! Cannot fault the finish and it will last throughout the winter. They always consulted me before doing anything and gave me recommendations on what they think might be look good which I took them up on. Thank you, Terry and Albie for your amazing work and I am looking forward to getting you back next year. I would recommend these guys to anyone. The work is of a high standard and the price matches too!! You get what you pay for. Looking forward to them redesigning my garden in the new year ready for the summer. Thanks again Terry and Albie. You both truly are superstars!

Terry’s customer service is excellent. I will definitely be using him again. I needed weed removal in my garden. He’s made it look completely different in one day. Terry is also very kind and cares about his customers. It’s not all about money for him, he gives right advice and gives the garden the makeover it needs. I knew that my landscaping my garden was going to be a challenge as it is not the easiest space but Lee and the team transformed my garden into a low maintenance, useful, beautiful space that myself and my family can now enjoy. They worked so hard, started early and finished the project early despite some challenging weather as you would expect in February! I would highly recommend them to anybody and would certainly call upon them again.

We're really pleased with Lee's hard work in landscaping our garden. He was very flexible and patient with us as we made a few tweaks to the design as we went along, and he used his experience to make some great recommendations along the way. The weather was very unkind and reduced the site to a bit of a swamp at times, so the project took longer than expected - but Lee's communication was great throughout so we always knew what was happening and when work was likely to resume. We're thrilled with the end result and are looking forward to enjoying the space for years to come!

I honestly can’t recommend benchmark landscaping enough! I reached out to Lee when I recently had my garden renovation finished and I wasn’t happy with the sleeper steps. The steps weren’t even and the bottom step was steep. Lee & Harley worked hard on the steps, I am so pleased. I can’t thank them both enough. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

These guys are fantastic! Previously, several companies had turned up to quote & not one of them offered a price or was contactable afterwards. By chance , I was recommended to Lee, from then on nothing was a problem and all the worry was taken away from us. The price was reasonable, Lee had some really good suggestions and ask questions about what we wanted. I can't thank Lee, Harley and Sam enough for all their hard work. Working in all weather's to get the garden finished. They were polite and respectful of our home, taking off their shoes when coming in, which we greatly appreciated.

Thoroughly recommend Terry and team, my mothers garden was very overgrown and they had it looking great in a short period of time, they have also taken up her patio slabs both top and bottom of the garden cleaned and relaid, also have turfed areas of the garden as required, we will definitely carry on having Terry to carry out any work

Terry has been maintaining the garden at my Mum's property for over 10 years, I have trusted him with keys for access to the rear of the property throughout that time, so as not to disturb my Mum. Terry's work is of a very high standard, I feel he generally get's pride on leaving the garden and associated areas in as immaculate condition as possible, offering advise on other areas of maintenance. Terry's timekeeping is of a very high standard, and if he is running late/early, or needs to alter work dates, he always advises in advance. I cannot praise Terry/Grassy Bank highly enough, 1st class.

The guys turned up when they said they would, did what they said they would and delivered a fantastic end result. We are really happy with what Terry and Mitch achieved in our overgrown and unruly garden. The cherry on top was the fantastic job they did with the existing patio and the new patio at the bottom of the garden. Highly recommended.

Terry has recently transformed our garden with removal of a huge hedge split with a neighbour and replaced with a solid fence. Great piece of work, everything removed and waste dealt with. They’ve been great to deal with and will have more work done by Terry and his team in the future.
