Louis responded extremely quickly and soon arranged a time to visit. Within about 2 hours, a team of 3 had reshaped a large oak tree, taking about 1/3 off as agreed. A professional outfit, polite and friendly guys and left the place extremely tidy. Can't ask for much more.
