Bradley and his team came to replace our aging fence that had been poorly installed by the house builder, where all the posts had rotted at their bases leaving the whole fence teetering close to complete failure. They were great from the very start of the project, taking time to quote and design the project and what would look the best before there was any commitment from us. Once we had given them the go ahead, they were super-efficient getting the job done, getting the whole project finished in just a few days with no intrusion or any mess. They were polite, tidy, considerate and honest, providing some great work for very good value for money. In addition to the project itself, there was one section of fence that was not part of the job that as Bradley was leaving, I asked for some advice on how I could secure the fence post. He gave me some advice on what to buy and what to do and how to sure up the single fence post that needed extra support, and I commented that I would do that over one weekend. Bradley kindly offered, at no additional cost, to come and fix that post also to save me doing it, which was a great relief as his workmanship would have far exceeded mine. All our fence now looks stunning! It's most refreshing having such expert craftsmanship and honest, pleasant workers to complete a job. We shall be using Bradley and his team again!

We were recommended to Andy and his team through two different people .when Andy came to look at what we wanted he gave us a complete price which included taking away all the old decking and slabs and included all the materials. Andy and his team all worked very hard for two and a half days to get our new patio looking amazing we are absolutely thrilled . I have no hesitation in recommending Andy and the team the whole thing was a very pleasant experience from start to finish . Thank you .

We are delighted with our completely new landscaped garden. I met Andy to discuss our initial design plan and within a day we agreed a scope of works at a capped price. Andy and his team started on site within a week and worked very hard to turn a scruffy old garden into a fabulous outdoor space to be proud of. I was offered samples of good quality materials to choose from and the team had some good ideas for the design. The job was completed within a week and old debris from the garden carted away, with the whole place left clean and tidy. I highly recommend Sidcup Landscapes for their expertise, work ethic, open and friendly attitude and great customer service.

Charlie and the team have truly made a dream even better in reality! The garden has been so important this year. Mine wasn't much fun to sit in with so much landscaping needed. Relaxing was the last thing on my mind each time I ventured out! It seemed to me to be an awful project, levelling the most uneven of surface, removing shingle, hiding an old path, creating new paths, a patio and flower beds. I live in a terraced property, presenting a further challenge with everything needing to come through the house, but this was no problem, the team were so careful and really tidy. The team are amazing! Incredibly skilled, very hard working and clearly enjoy working together. My job was completed quickly and has genuinely exceeded my expectations. I was stuck with what to do with space off the deck; Charlie came up with the perfect solution. I can't wait to get planting now and enjoy my garden. I couldn't recommend Sidcup Landscapers more highly. It has been a fantastic experience from arranging the quote to saying a big thank you and bye.

I would highly recommend sidcup landscapes,I wanted a patio and brickwork done in my back garden,I was going on holiday so I left them with my house keys so they could bring materials through to the back garden.I was away for 3 weeks when I came home they had done me lovely job,so I rang them and thanked them for their work and then paid them.i had also told them to help themselves to the tea,coffee etc but they did not even use any and my house was still spotless. I will be having them back to do my lawn this year,they are trustworthy and professional.thankyou.

What a brilliant team Urban Gardeners are! From booking the service, to completing the job, they are complete professionals. The gardeners arrived early and were super efficient in clearing my garden. And the added bonus is they charge a great price. I mentioned to them I will be looking into landscaping at some point in the not too distant future and would not look anywhere else for this. I have also recommended them to my sister. Usually my Dad takes care of the garden, but because of his recent health issues the garden had become really overgrown. I tried to tackle it myself, but I didn’t have the right tools for the job. I started looking for a company to clear the garden, which is when I discovered Urban Gardeners online and contacted them. Correspondence with Plamena was superb: all emails were answered promptly and professionally. Pricing was clearly explained and I was happy to proceed with a mutually agreed date and time. The two gentlemen that came to the house were polite, considerate to our home, and amongst the hardest working people I’ve ever encountered. The weather was really hot on the day they came, but they still grafted despite the heat. They did an excellent job of clearing our garden, and were done within an hour (initially we thought it would take 3hrs). So even with us also paying for removal of the garden waste, it was still cheaper than we expected. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. I’ve already recommended them to several of my colleagues and clients. If in the future I can persuade my Dad to pave or turf the garden this is the company I’ll be calling.

A huge thank you to the Urban Gardeners team for transforming our garden here in Peckham, SE London. The garden was previously in very bad shape (rotten decking, steps, and dying / weed-ridden lawn. The team did an amazing job of clearing everything out (including removal of a tree!) and then building an entirely new and extended hard-wood deck and stairs / landing and also replacing the lawn with the beautiful stripes you can see! Communication throughout from Plamena was great and with the team on the ground they were very good at asking questions and making small adjustments as required throughout the process. I requested a few small changes to the initial quote and this was dealt with in a very friendly and flexible way. The team were very pleasant throughout, got rid of all the mess, and also did the whole thing for a very fair and reasonable price. Took my grandmother here for a day out as she loves a garden centre. We ate at the cafe and had a lovely scone and a tea. My nan can’t walk far although they allowed us to borrow a wheelchair to push her around which was enabling and very helpful. Beautiful products and flowers as well as children’s games, gifts , shoes, food, stuff for pets on sale so worth a visit

Went to Santa’s Grotto. Apart from a long wait in a cold corridor, it was very smooth and enjoyable. Santa was fantastic with my 3yr old granddaughter! Gifts were good quality and the photos delivered very quickly.

We visited in late January so it was not busy but it was a pleasant experience. All staff were friendly and it was a very clean, tidy and a well stocked centre considering it was out of season. We looked round the restaurant, which looked lovely, but elected to sample the gelato instead. We were not disappointed, it was delicious. We even asked what made gelato different to normal ice cream and the manager explained it was due to the aeration process during making and was very knowledgeable. She explained they made the gelato on site so it is not bought it. This was impressive. We looked round the food court which was relatively high priced, but the quality of stock on offer was fairly representative of the price. The till staff were extremely friendly and polite when serving us when making our purchase. I would recommend visiting and would return again during the peak season.
