Dean and his team first transformed my back garden in the summer of 2022, turning it from an overgrown space with rotting wood into an oasis. They did an incredible job, creating a thoughtful plan that was both beautiful and considerate of my budget. I was so impressed with their work that I invited them back in the summer of 2024 to work on my front garden, and they exceeded my expectations once again.

Really happy with the fence repair work performed by Landscape machine. Had some fence damage due to strong winds and they replaced the broken panels and secured the posts to ensure they can take the next storm. The attention to detail was good and the advice given before work commenced was really helpful. The guys arrived early and completed the work very efficiently. Would definitely recommend them.

My garden project has just completed and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Dean, the owner, spent lots of time with me when he first inspected the property. He is professional, hugely knowledgeable and fills you with confidence. He kept in close contact about specifics as the start date neared and during the work itself. His team were fantastic - absolutely expert, courteous and always careful to keep the house clean during the works. I was quite sad to see them go! The result is just as I wanted and discussed. It is worth noting just how thorough the team were. They dug down a long way to entirely re-level the area and redo the drainage. I can imagine some companies may not be so thorough. It was long and hard work. (The cables shown in the photos are for lighting, to be fitted in due course, and automatic watering (who knew that was a thing 🤔). I recommend Landscape Machine without reservation. I can’t imagine anyone not being pleased with their service and results.

Great job with a side gate that needed putting up at short notice. Work was done within days of contacting Dean. The two fellas that did the job were really respectful and did a fantastic job, even in pretty grim conditions. Dean also provides great customer service and I will be coming to him again in future (this was the 2nd good job the team did for me over the last couple of years). Highly recommend.

Usually my Dad takes care of the garden, but because of his recent health issues the garden had become really overgrown. I tried to tackle it myself, but I didn’t have the right tools for the job. I started looking for a company to clear the garden, which is when I discovered Urban Gardeners online and contacted them. Correspondence with Plamena was superb: all emails were answered promptly and professionally. Pricing was clearly explained and I was happy to proceed with a mutually agreed date and time. The two gentlemen that came to the house were polite, considerate to our home, and amongst the hardest working people I’ve ever encountered. The weather was really hot on the day they came, but they still grafted despite the heat. They did an excellent job of clearing our garden, and were done within an hour (initially we thought it would take 3hrs). So even with us also paying for removal of the garden waste, it was still cheaper than we expected. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. I’ve already recommended them to several of my colleagues and clients. If in the future I can persuade my Dad to pave or turf the garden this is the company I’ll be calling.

A huge thank you to the Urban Gardeners team for transforming our garden here in Peckham, SE London. The garden was previously in very bad shape (rotten decking, steps, and dying / weed-ridden lawn. The team did an amazing job of clearing everything out (including removal of a tree!) and then building an entirely new and extended hard-wood deck and stairs / landing and also replacing the lawn with the beautiful stripes you can see! Communication throughout from Plamena was great and with the team on the ground they were very good at asking questions and making small adjustments as required throughout the process. I requested a few small changes to the initial quote and this was dealt with in a very friendly and flexible way. The team were very pleasant throughout, got rid of all the mess, and also did the whole thing for a very fair and reasonable price. What a brilliant team Urban Gardeners are! From booking the service, to completing the job, they are complete professionals. The gardeners arrived early and were super efficient in clearing my garden. And the added bonus is they charge a great price. I mentioned to them I will be looking into landscaping at some point in the not too distant future and would not look anywhere else for this. I have also recommended them to my sister. My partner and I had our Jackson’s fence installed by Acacia Gardens. They have done a great professional job and we are really pleased with it. The only thing that we would like to see improved is their timing and response of getting things sorted out for a date and delivery. But we are 100% happy with the results at the end.

The design process was very detailed, with our ideas and feedback factored into the final design. The preparation, construction work and planting was carried out efficiently and to a very high standard. We were kept involved and consulted through. Acacia Gardens delivered a great landscaping project and transformed our garden. We started with an inspirational conceptual design and progressed that into a detailed garden blueprint, the centrepiece being a beautiful bench seated fire pit. The garden build was delivered over a six week period and by the end, transformed into something of beauty. The team are highly talented and a pleasure to work with. I needed some new composite decking laid in my back garden. My neighbours recommended Herman at Acacia Gardens. I spoke to a number of companies but Herman was the friendliest and most helpful and he was competitively priced so I chose him. They ripped up my existing timber frame, replaced it and gave good advice about which composite decking to use. I made a number of changes throughout the project but Herman was always understanding and helpful. The builders were brilliant; Rimi in particular. They were respectful, very hard working and fun to talk to and have around. They took real pride in their work and always consulted with me when necessary. I would highly recommend Acacia Gardens to friends and family and would definitely use them again for any gardening needs. They have just finished a major project next door and that looks great, too

Our garden had suddenly gone wild and our regular gardener was away - I emailed Ivan and they got back quickly and we’re available a few days later. They were on time, worked efficiently on the hottest of days and transformed the front and back garden. Would use again and highly recommend.

If I could give these guys a 6 star rating I would! Today they laid a perfect new lawn - lush green, as flat as a pancake and totally exceeded my expectations. It looks wonderful. They were very professional, cleared away all weeds and their roots, they did a lot of prepping to the give the turf a base in which to grow and thrive and were polite and considerate at all times. They started and finished within the time frame they gave and provided some very good advice as they left - proper attention to detail. I am delighted with their work and their costs were very competitive too. I would definitely use these guys again.

Hire Ivan & Sons for a second time to lay a new deck. As always, they do an impeccable job with professionalism and consideration. They are always very attentive, trustworthy and tidy when they finish the job and Steve and Melin always do it with a smile and extreme care. Would definitely recommend their services and will be calling the team if I need any further garden work done.
