I used Lancaster's after they did a lovely job on my sister's garden, and, true to form, they did the most BEAUTIFUL work on my garden too. I couldn't be any happier with it - it's perfect! I wanted two new patio areas connected by a curvy path, plus a new lawn to replace my weedy mess, and a strip of landscaped area along one fence that would allow my fruit trees to grow through, but that would also give me a surface to place plant pots. As you can see from the before/after shots that I've attached, they really nailed the brief.

Paul has a brilliant eye for design and made some really great suggestions about what would work in my small space. He took the time to explain various possibilities and products, and I noticed he never tried to steer me towards more expensive options. He and Jamie (who works in the office) helpfully sent me photos of various types of stones/borders/gardens etc, and Paul brought some samples, so I could see what they were describing and make an informed choice about what I wanted.

I'd also like to thank the whole team for everything they did. The men came on time each day, worked incredibly hard, were always friendly and polite, and went above and beyond to help. Marius, in particular, took such care and pride in his work and did a brilliant job with the design of the paving and carefully matching the sandstone slabs.

It was an absolute pleasure doing business with this company and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Now I'm impatiently waiting for Spring to get here so I can sit outside and enjoy my new garden! Thank you again to everyone at Lancaster's.

Wow! I’ve just had my garden done by Lancaster’s Gardencare. If you want garden work go to these guys. They were AMAZING! I am so impressed. Not just by the quality of the work - and that was superb - but also the fantastic customer service I got from them.
Whilst other companies were trying to give me a quote via photos and texts, Jamie got back to me straight away. Within a few days Paul came to visit the site. Paul really listened to me and paid attention to what I wanted and came up with some excellent suggestions.
The price was well pitched and beat the other companies who hadn’t made the effort to come and meet me.
The 2 men that did the graft were very hardworking and a pleasure to have around. They cleared up and left my house spotless. Paul was always checking in with me that I was happy with the work.
I always get anxious getting work done but this was such a good experience.

We asked for a quote from Lancasters Garden Care for a hedge and ivy foliage cut. Joe came and sent us the quote promptly. We arranged a day to do it and three guys arrived on time, they laid protective sheets, cut with care, cleared up meticulously and chipped the garden waste. All in a couple of hours. We were really pleased with the work.

We had our mum's garden landscaped, and are thrilled with it. It is now much safer and brighter for her. Everyone involved were professional, friendly and hard-working. There was a real family feel to the relationship from start to finish. The work was completed exactly as requested, and the house and garden were left clean and tidy each day. We would highly recommend this company.
