I cannot begin to thank the team enough for their help today. My six-year-old daughter broke her teeth and they were able to rebuild them and they look as good as new. Tawf, the dentist, and Hannah, the dental nurse were incredible. They were kind, professional , caring and made my daughter feel perfectly at ease. I cannot thank them enough for what they did for my daughter. I would also like to thank the reception staff who were lovely.

My dental journey with South Coast Implant & Cosmetic Dentist has been amazing from day one. After experiencing many issues with my implants placed in a different dental surgery I found dentists who were willing to help me. David Furze and his team are incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and kind. They listened attentively to my concerns, explained all procedures and options in detail, and addressed my previous implant issues with expertise. David's positive attitude and enthusiasm made the treatment process much easier. The atmosphere at the surgery is welcoming and friendly, and I always felt comfortable and at ease. Even though I had to travel two hours for my appointments, it was well worth it.

The practice is most efficient. Mr Rahman was very reassuring and has a great communication style explaining everything in a clear way. He was very efficient and I did not feel any discomfort during the treatment despite all the warnings! The hygenist I have just met was also delightful.

Great service, our electric went off and the trip switch would not come back on. Called 1st class electrical, he was very helpful and arrived within 10 minutes and he found the issue and it was sorted within 30 minutes. Will definitely use again if needed

Great service from Russell and his team. Everything was completed very neatly and within the timescale I was given. The electrician then came back separately to assist with my setting up the app so I can monitor as necessary. My electricity usage is now an average of 3p per day.

Just had 21 panels (split between east and west of my roof) and a large battery fitted by Russell and his team. The plan being to maximise the amount of solar I generate and combine this with a heat pump (being fitted soon by a separate national installer). I got quotes from a number of solar installers before opting for Starks electrical. Whilst their quote was competitive the thing which stood out most with this company was their knowledge and experience in fitting solar and I liked that they were a local company. I was able to make tweaks to my proposed system and get lots of free advice from Russell’s team so by the time the install went ahead I was really confident about my purchase. There was absolutely no ‘hard sell’ and I was given options for various systems at different price points which was great. The installation was very smooth. The team who did the install were great - worked really hard, were polite courteous and really nice guys who had years (decades!) of experience in solar installs. The system is now working great - even in October! I highly recommend this company.

From first contact with Russell and his team at Starks service has been first class. The whole process from survey to fitting and commissioning was completely seamless. Russell fully explained the whole process, the fitters were polite and respectful, communication throughput was excellent. Price was very competitive. Highly recommended.

I was delighted with the quality of service provided. James helped connect a new electric towel heater and install an external socket at my home. Great job, very thorough and efficient. I had an issue with my electric sockets in my house which happened over night and I was having an issue to find the cause/source for the problem. After long day at work it was challenge to get some one to come around to fix. I "googled" found this SES LTD. When called spoken to Jonathan who patiently listened to my story and explanation of events and what I tried so far. He kindly gave me some further guidance and advice what else to try and after 2 more calls over the next 20 min we found the cause. Jonathan does not know me and I didn't know him, however he treated me like he is just a friend who would happily to help out when needed. He didn't even ask for money. THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

Alex and the team were exceptionally professional, organised, and courteous. They replaced 35 downlights, installed 3 bathroom fans, repaired numerous faulty connections in the loft, and fitted LED strip lighting in the kitchen. I can’t imagine that there are many of you that like going to the dentist, me included. So for those who’s toes curl at the mere thought of an injection, Envisage is the dental practice for you. Calming, understanding and patient, the trauma is made as ‘bearable’ as it can be. Sarah is by far the best dentist I have ever had, throughly recommended for all other ‘toe curling white knucklers’ like me.

I cannot recommend Envisage Ferndown, and specifically Dr. Tom Rowland highly enough. As someone who has always suffered with a phobia of the Dentist, and having decided to move from my last practice due to several traumatic experiences, I can honestly now say my phobia has gone! Dr Rowland and his calm attention to detail, along with fully explaining every single step of treatment as he goes along, supported by photos and 3D images, has completely extinguished my fear. My first treatment was a long procedure, but he was able to allay any fears and produce a painless, anxiety free result. Thank you Dr Rowland and Envisage!

I hadn’t been to the dentist in a good 6-7 years, maybe more.. and since moving to the area I have been desperate to find one I am comfortable with. I urgently needed a wisdom tooth removal and wanted to go to the best dental practice around so I did of course read the reviews beforehand so I thought it would only be fair if I left an honest review myself from my own personal recent experience. I called up and asked for an emergency appointment (I wasn’t actually registered at this point) they managed to get me in within two hours of me phoning up which was amazing. When I was there I registered and met with Dr Tom Rowland and Taylor the dental nurse and I must say they were both fantastic. Completely put my mind at ease, very easy to talk to and also completely honest which I believe is very important. I was then booked in the following day to have my wisdom tooth removed and the experience was incredible. I was in and out within 20-30 minutes. I honestly couldn’t recommend this place enough. The price is really reasonable too. Never thought I would say this but I’m actually looking forward to going back in September ☺️.. also I just want to mention that the ladies on reception are absolutely wonderful

I booked an afternoon tea for 8 of us for a 50th birthday treat. This is a little gem of a place! We sat outside in the sun and ordered several items off the menu. The team were all charming and helpful and the food was fast and tasty. The farmers plate, shakshuka and brioche breakfast buns were all fabulous. The smoothies were perfectly balanced - not too sweet and the cakes are 10/10. Our new fave spot! Be sure to get there before the kitchen closes at 3!

Outstanding experience. Super scrumptious food, excellent service, perfect atmosphere and really stylish. Homemade hummus (part of the mezze plate) was great and the pork and apple sausage roll (part of the farmers platter) was on another level. Truly wonderful. What more can one say?
