So I have been going to the pantry for a few years now, I can honestly say in all that time I have never had a bad meal, not even a mediocre meal, every one has been top notch, at work we see this as the place to go at lunch, pricing is reasonable, for example I have just had a full English, sausage bacon beans mushroom egg toast with a pot of tea for under £10, great value but all good quality local products. It is the place to go

My god, this is a find. My husband loved the breakfast wrap and I had the biggest most tasty salad ever, you basically pick from a list to make your perfect salad. It's in an odd place, in an industrial estate, but once you're inside, the atmosphere and layout makes you feel you're in a farm shop. Gentle music, comfy well spaced tables. We will definitely make this a regular visit and add it to our "places" for lunch or coffee and cake.

Stopped here unexpectedly for brunch. Ordered meaty breakfast wrap and bacon sandwich and 2 coffees. Asked for bacon to be well done and no problem. Everything came out beautifully cooked and very tasty. Only let down were 2 families who deemed it totally acceptable to let their young children run around screaming whilst everyone else was trying to enjoy a nice brunch. Totally ignorant.

Had some lovely food here after browsing in the Grainstore emporium. A good selection of homemade cakes and hot drinks, with hot food on offer too. I had the vegan breakfast wrap which I can definitely recommend.

Carl and his apprentice came out today to fix a problem with the bathroom lights. Not only did they fix the issue quickly but then checked the other lights for issues. They were smart, tidy and even hoovered up a a little bit of dust that was generated. Would definitely recommend

Our tortoise had suffered what we thought was a prolapse. Having been with our local vet Seadown for many years previously, we called then for advice. The receptionist at Seadown was very unhelpful and told us that because it had been over 4 years since our last appointment, we would have to re-register, which could take 6 to 8 weeks. We were not offered an appointment. So we contacted Magnolia House vets, and the service we received was second to none. The receptionist was more than helpful, and despite having to register and being fully booked, we were offered a 6pm appointment that day. On our arrival, the receptionist was cheerful and very helpful. The vetinary surgeon, Esme, was fantastic. She was very knowledgeable and extremely attentive and explained everything. We left Amber with them. Whatever the outcome, we could find no fault in the service we received and believe Amber will receive the best care possible. 12 out of 10. Thank you.

I have a bearded dragon that I rescued and Stan has been wonderful, explaining all the things I needed to know as she has MBD and a mouth rot. I have been three times to Magnolia House and each time, I have felt nothing but welcome and reassured by all staff. Stan was also very understanding of my financial situation and thought this through before telling me what needed to be done. I'm very happy with Magnolia House and would definitely recommend any body with Exotic pets to go here.

Unfortunately our hamster had to get put to sleep. Rian was so lovely about it and my 9 year old son received a card and some seeds to sprinkle on where Bubbles was buried. Such a thoughtful thing to do. They have also always been amazing with our dog he seems to now be bionic !!

A wonderful clinic. My golden retriever was unwell but the reasons were not obvious. Gila took a complete history and examined him thoroughly. Her manner was gentle and reassuring and my dog relaxed as if with an old friend. At this clinic you'll find a group of very special people who care about animals and make the decisions that are best for them. Thank you Gila and thank you Friars Moor. (The staff are also very kind on the phone and go out of their way to help.)

The best vets around! All members of the team have been so kind and helpful. I've called the nurses for advice and they've listened and been so informative, the vets never make us feel rushed and were so patient with us when I first brought my rescue dog to them. The receptionists are lovely too - giving me plenty of reassurance when I was worried about my dog having to go inside by himself during Covid restrictions

Five point electrical rewired my flat top to bottom.. The standard of workmanship and professionalism was excellent. They always turned up when they said they would, and left the place as they found it. Clear quotes were given in advance and adhered to, and the cost for the work completed was very reasonable. Lovely electricians, managed to squeeze me in last minute after I was let down by another local company. I needed the lights and the extractor fan in my new teeny downstairs toilet to be connected before building regs could be signed off, and it was done the very next day with no fuss. They also added new sockets to my utility room as I couldn't use the washing machine and dishwasher at the same time with the old ones that were already in place, as the lights all tripped. The guys were clean and tidied up after themselves. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again when the next stage of renovations start. Thanks

Rob has done a number of awkward works for us over the last year. He's a great communicator, and went above and beyond to create solutions for some tricky issues with our G2 listed property, which others couldn't figure out. On my first visit to Alaska house I was seen by Llewellyn Camilla. She made me feel very welcomed and put me at ease straight away. Nicole the Hygienist was really lovely and spoke through every process she was going to be doing. I'm quite a nervous patient so this was nice to have. She also offered me lots of advice on how to keep my gums healthy. She was very lovely and welcoming! My overall experience so far at Alaska house has been very good, everyone at the practice is so welcoming.

We had Dorset electrical out to carry out a full rewire of the property, we found the services very pleasing. Given we where worried about the extent of the works required. We ended up moving out the property while the guys carried out their work. They even found us a contractor for making good after.
