We had Dorset electrical out to carry out a full rewire of the property, we found the services very pleasing. Given we where worried about the extent of the works required. We ended up moving out the property while the guys carried out their work. They even found us a contractor for making good after. We also upgraded to have camera system installed with a wireless alarm too. Over the moon with the end result and will have no hesitation with recommending the guys at Dorset Electrical Services.

My experience was far better than I could have expected or imagined it might be when I (unannounced and unknown to the practice) turned up at the surgery this morning. In pain from a broken premolar, I was promptly welcomed, with warmth and efficiency, and registered as a new patient. Minutes later, I was in the dentist's chair. She (Katherine) dealt with the problem immediately, with consummate surgical skill and a manner that inspired my full trust. I'm delighted to have found you. On my first visit to Alaska house I was seen by Llewellyn Camilla. She made me feel very welcomed and put me at ease straight away. Nicole the Hygienist was really lovely and spoke through every process she was going to be doing. I'm quite a nervous patient so this was nice to have. She also offered me lots of advice on how to keep my gums healthy. She was very lovely and welcoming! My overall experience so far at Alaska house has been very good, everyone at the practice is so welcoming.

This was my first time going to a dentist to extract a tooth. I am someone who have pride in my teeth and at the age of 68 had a full set of teeth. Unfortunately one of them broke while I am on holiday in the UK. Smile Kind was very professional, patient and made me comfortable. I admit I did have some nerves about having my 2 impacted wisdom teeth extracted. However, shortly after walking into the surgery, I met Bilal who told me the procedure would be relatively straight forward. Bilal has a very good manner, and the extractions were straight forward as he said. Highly recommended.

Bilal and Sarah were absolutely superb. I've never EVER had work done on my teeth before so having my wisdom tooth out felt like a big deal but I can honestly say, the needles and the extraction were NOT painful or scary at all. It was such a smooth experience and I would go back there to have more out if I could. Very talented dentists who made the whole process a positive one.

I’m currently just over 2 weeks post op on getting both my lower wisdom teeth out. The whole process from beginning to end was seamless. I was really nervous getting my teeth out but Sami and Sarah were absolutely amazing. They were both so reassuring and empathetic. They made me feel welcomed and comfortable which i really appreciated. When i got them out, Sami was very quick & both of them were out in like 5 minutes. I luckily had little to no swelling and the pain wasn’t horrible. There was a point where it was very painful and i contacted smilekind and they were so wonderful at getting me an appointment quickly so the dentist could take a look. The holes seem to be healing nice as well. I’ve see to many horror stories of wisdom teeth extractions, im very grateful for Samis expertise in getting them out without any problems. He’s very confident in the work he does and i found that really comforting. Again, a massive thank you to the whole team. A lot of places don’t seem to care about their patients anymore so it’s refreshing to see a business remain genuine in wanting to help.

Having a dental phobia it took a lot to seek out treatment for a molar that needed extracting. SmileKind was definitely the right choice. During the initial consultation I was so anxious I could barely get the words out but they were very patient and explained the treatment process which was reassuring. Excellent experience from start to finish. I enquired about teeth whitening, my email was answered quickly and I easily booked in for a consultation. The process was explained clearly, scans done and I returned a week later for my fitting and instructions. I am absolutely delighted with the results - easy, painless and my teeth look fantastic! Really pleased with the work carried out to install 2 x extractors and a PIV unit. The work was much more involved than first thought, and the poor guy was working in our loft on the hottest day of the year! Recently took my cat here after a referral from my vet. My cat looked ok and was eating and my vet picked up an irregular heartbeat.The day I took him I was not expecting to be told he either needs putting to sleep that day or a procedure to help him as it was worse than we thought. We chose the procedure. Alice the Specialist was lovely and talked me through everything throughout the whole process and other members of staff I saw were also friendly and helpful. I now have my precious boy back thanks to Alice and her team so can't thank them enough for giving me more time with my little boy.

My gorgeous baby Luna had BOAS surgery and she was spayed in the same day; Dr Diogo it’s a brilliant vet! He and the team took care of her soo well! Caroline gave me all the support and she made sure Luna received all the attention there! On the 3rd day Luna was back to normal despite she had all these procedures done in few hours! A very clean and professional environment. The first points of contact, the receptionists were very polite and efficient. When we met Alba (surgeon) and her assistant, I was super impressed by how polite and thorough they were. I feel more than reassured that she will carry out the surgery on my hound to a high standard. I will report back after this is done shortly. The practice has plenty of parking, along with a number of disabled bays. The appearance of the practice is maintained to a high standard. Oh, and I nearly forgot there is a free tea and coffee bar with biscuits available 😋

Exceptional Veterinary Practice. Although I have been a client for many years, my dog Jack seldom needs care. Recently however he was suffering a gland problem.. Jack is an imported rescue and the BVA recommend a safeguarding procedure (blood test) prior to any surgery in such cases due to possible Brucellosis infection. I was uncertain of the benefits, but was able to have a practical and sensible discussion with Giles, beforehand Jack had the procedure under sedation & Giles whipped out a loose back tooth too. Jack is not insured, but I was given an estimate of cost at our initial consultation which matched our final invoice. Thank you Giles, it seems to have done the trick and Jack has forgiven you (almost!)
