Very pleased with the service. Adam fitted me in very quickly and he arrived promptly. He showed a lot of knowledge about the cleaning products and the best ones to use. Good to know that the products were environmentally and pet friendly. Stairs/landing carpet and sofa were cleaned and I was very happy with the result. Very reasonably priced too. Will definitely be using again.

I had a fantastic experience with The City Cleaners! I first spoke with Adam, who was incredibly helpful and quickly arranged for Keith to come out within two days for a deep clean of our entire house. We had a lot of pet stains, and they did an amazing job. Keith was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the materials used and offer great advice. The results were outstanding—our carpets look immaculate! I highly recommend their services and will definitely use them again in the future.

This is a great company. TJ was very responsive and agreed to a full house clean on short notice. He came round to price up the job and was very polite and helpful. Him and his team were very thorough and provided an exceptional deep clean. The price was fair and the clean more than satisfied my expectations.

TJ and his team were excellent. He was very communicative throughout the entirety of the job. Explaining the process on his initial visit (prior to cleaning). Then on arrival TJ and his team were thorough, well prepared, and efficient with their services. Keeping me updated as we got close to it being finished and asking me to inspect before they left in case there was anything they may have missed. They did not miss anything, and I don't think my oven had ever been this clean! Great job! Would recommend.

Pearly Home came to our rescue very promptly when we needed an end of tenancy cleaning in a very dirty property. Agnes and Kris did a good job for us, shampooing the carpet, unfortunately not all the stains were removed, but it had been left in a bad state. The cooker and extractor cleaned and general cleaning of walls and paintwork. All completed for a fair price.

I have been using Pearly Home for about six months and am very happy with the service. The cleaning is a standard comparable with other cleaners I have used but what is far better is the reliability. There were a couple of occasions early on where I wasn’t told our cleaner was on holiday and was waiting for her to arrive but these communication issues have now been addressed. I have been using preen and clean as my window cleaner for over a year. I am so pleased with the efficiency of the service. Knowing that my windows, which hadn’t been cleaned for several years, are regularly cleaned and to be notified when they are due and when they have been done is so easy. The person who does mine takes great care and cleans the windows and sills so well. It’s great being able to see out nowadays! I certainly can recommend the service.

Been using these guys for several months now after my last company kept leaving streaks and missing bits. I've not had any problems with them, clean windows from day 1 with them. Very easy to set up online, and they offer more choice than others when setting up how often they come do the windows. They also have excellent communication, if they are going to be late, or can't do that day for whatever reason then they'll let you know via text and email. Can't really fault their service.
