Excellent service! The hoover had two broken parts - not just one, as we originally thought and Matt had the parts on the van, so he was able to replace then and there. The hoover now looks brand new: all clean and ready to go again! Great company, excellent service and very reasonable prices to repair a hoover, which is an investment in itself!

I have been using this company for a number of years to service my Dyson appliances. Everything about this company is slick, friendly and very professional. Easy to book over the phone and the engineers are always so tidy, highlighting and explaining any issues. Everything is in an advisory capacity with no hard sell approach. Overall, communication is spot on from start to finish and service received excellent.

The booking process was really simple and whilst we had to reschedule once, the rebooking was fast and efficiently handled and communicated. Matt was on time on the revised date and carried out the service quickly and expertly, informing us of the requirements to get our handheld back in full working order.
