They arrived promptly, were courteous and ensured they weren't blocking anyone in with their van. I was very pleased with the result as there was 40 years of moss on the roof. I would certainly recommend this company.

Absolutely FIRST CLASS company. Extremely honest, hardworking, professional guys. They literally never stopped from start to finish. I was having problems trying to find a company to recolour/reseal my concrete imprinted driveway and patio and was actually let down by a company who just never turned up! I was very glad that they didn’t as I am 100% certain that they would not have done as good a job as Northern Restoration, who I actually found by pure chance on an internet search. I received a fair quote and start date from James and the work was carried out on the date promised- a rare thing these days from most tradesmen! The job was carried out super quick, with careful attention to detail, and I am over the moon with the results. It looks brilliant. Indeed James performed a “miracle” on my patio area at the back of the house, as he was actually able to change the colour of it from antique red to black to match my driveway!! It was not an easy task but he went that extra mile to achieve this for me. I cannot thank James and the lads enough for all their hard work - they went above and beyond - and I can highly recommend them. I will certainly be using the Company again in the future, as from my own experience, and the glowing reviews from other Customers, their workmanship and commitment would be very hard to beat. I cannot recommend Northern Restoration enough. James was quick to respond to my enquiry coming round within 24 hours to give me a quote and the job was carried out just a few days later. His communications throughout were greatly appreciated keeping dialogue going from start to finish. His team were pleasant and professional working quickly and meticulously ensuring each cleaning job was done with the greatest of care. It was great to be able to get gutters cleared, the garage roof cleaned of dirt and moss and the driveway and patio paving all cleaned in one half day minimising set up costs and allowing all debris and dirt from each job to be cleared away in one go. His colleagues promptly returned the next day to brush sand into the driveway to finish the job. The end result is utterly amazing - it is like having a whole new garden and driveway. If you're looking for some exterior property maintenance, roof, patio, car-park, cladding, cleaning & washing/sealing etc. then the guys at Northern Restoration do a great job, as you can see from the pictures of the roof cleaning work they have just done for us (Before doing the patio/drive) A top job & a good set of blokes. I'd recommend giving them a shout for a quote, they brought our roof back to as good as new and all our neighbours commented and were impressed with the results. We asked them to continue on and bring our patio flags back to life & re-grout the joints and do a full clean on the driveway/block paved areas, again the lads did a good job and we are very pleased with the results. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

We booked Northern Restoration to clean the outside of our rendered house, which had become dirty and discoloured over the years. The result is fantastic, and literally looks as good as new.
