Very happy with our end of tenancy cleaning from Poppies. The team were very responsive and helpful via email. The cleaners then did an incredible job leaving everything spotless, they were also very friendly which we really appreciated. It was not the cheapest quote we got but hopefully this is reflected in their staff pay.

She’s flexible & always happy to do different things when asked, which helps - we have a Labrador, who recently started wiping his muddy paws on the walls! I needed a last-minute move-out cleaning for my flat, and Dan was quick to help me schedule it. My supervisor, Kamila, was much more thorough than I expected. She took her time to explain her process and how long it would likely take. Kamila ensured that all areas were addressed and was very professional throughout.
