Tom and Dan did a sterling job on my dyson. Suzie was very kind and helpful too. Friendly and efficient. My dyson is practically brand new. New parts and service was very quickly dealt with. Excellent. Will be using again!

I have been using this company for a number of years to service my Dyson appliances. Everything about this company is slick, friendly and very professional. Easy to book over the phone and the engineers are always so tidy, highlighting and explaining any issues. Everything is in an advisory capacity with no hard sell approach. Overall, communication is spot on from start to finish and service received excellent.

Excellent service! The hoover had two broken parts - not just one, as we originally thought and Matt had the parts on the van, so he was able to replace then and there. The hoover now looks brand new: all clean and ready to go again! Great company, excellent service and very reasonable prices to repair a hoover, which is an investment in itself!

The booking process was really simple and whilst we had to reschedule once, the rebooking was fast and efficiently handled and communicated. Matt was on time on the revised date and carried out the service quickly and expertly, informing us of the requirements to get our handheld back in full working order. I am a dog boarder so my home can get pretty mucky. I asked Caroline to do a deep clean including, carpets, walls and windows whilst we were away for the weekend. She cleaned for the entire day and coming home was such a pleasure. My carpets were actually clean! She also cleaned the upholstery, steam cleaned all the windows and cleaned every nook and cranny of my home. My home looks and smells amazing. Thank you so much 💕

My house has never been so clean and shiny, it really is lovely. The ladies - and occasional gentleman - work wonders. If, for any reason they can't come at the time and date (I may have a hospital appointment or a trip out on a coach) it's no problem. Another day and time are given to me. That in itself is worth a lot, believe me. I have no complaints at all - except perhaps the cost

We've recently had the pleasure of the Bright & Beautiful housekeepers starting to take care of us once a fortnight. The team are very friendly as well as professional; they make a fuss of our two dogs each visit, and the service they provide is exceptional! Little touches such as the way they fold the towels, organise throw pillows... it just makes me smile! I would most definitely recommend them.

Work was completed to a great standard, and everything was cleaned up afterwards - even popping back the following day to finish a few bits off! All of the guys who worked on our house were fantastic, really cared about the quality of what they were doing, and respected our property. Would highly recommend this company!

Five stars for our deep clean by Paris, which was fantastic. Was so lovely and relaxing to come home after a long day to a spotless house. Paris was very thoughtful and even found time to clean the outside of our windows. I've dropped the review to 4 stars because there was a mix-up on the first day we booked our clean and the cleaner (not Paris) didn't turn up. I know there was a communication problem because Kevin was on holiday, and he quickly arranged for Paris to come a day later. Overall, very happy with our clean.

I asked OCD for an end-of-tenancy deep cleaning of my apartment. It was not cheap but I was not disappointed. They sent a full team and spent 5 solid hours in my apartment. Afterwards the whole apartment looks, feels and SMELLS sparking clean! Every pence is worthy. I will definitely use OCD again.

Very professional! I used The VIP Cleaning Company to give my entire 2 bedroom apartment a deep clean before I rented it out. It was spotless afterwards and they even left a little pack of sweets which is thought was a lovely finishing touch to their service!
