I needed a new window cleaner when mine stopped coming. Rachel was quick to come and give me a quote leaving a leaflet with details for me. She texted me the night before she came to clean and even apologised for the delay due to the weather. When she’d cleaned she did a fantastic job and left a card with details on how to pay (online which is great for me as I never have money on me!) and texted me to say she had been! A great service - thank you.
