Arrived on the day arranged and messaged me to let me know what time they'd be here. Lovely lads who helped move some stuff I hadn't shifted and got to work straight away. Had to leave a review to highly recommend this company’s work, Nathan came to quote, gave a day and time, turned up on time, unfortunately we had to re arrange as still had work going on at the house, it was no problem to Nathan, he juggled jobs around and came 2 days later. Really good job done, very friendly guys, nothing too much trouble, came back within a few days to sand. My neighbour also booked for theirs doing. Thank you Nathan 👍

Had my guttering blocked and it wasn't the easiest to gain access. Lads turned up at short notice and tackled all the overgrown moss/grass. They cleared my guttering and had a look at the other sections whilst on the ladders. Very well priced for the works carried out. Highly recommend

We booked Northern Restoration to clean the outside of our rendered house, which had become dirty and discoloured over the years. The result is fantastic, and literally looks as good as new. Absolutely FIRST CLASS company. Extremely honest, hardworking, professional guys. They literally never stopped from start to finish. I was having problems trying to find a company to recolour/reseal my concrete imprinted driveway and patio and was actually let down by a company who just never turned up! I was very glad that they didn’t as I am 100% certain that they would not have done as good a job as Northern Restoration, who I actually found by pure chance on an internet search. I received a fair quote and start date from James and the work was carried out on the date promised- a rare thing these days from most tradesmen! The job was carried out super quick, with careful attention to detail, and I am over the moon with the results. It looks brilliant. Indeed James performed a “miracle” on my patio area at the back of the house, as he was actually able to change the colour of it from antique red to black to match my driveway!! It was not an easy task but he went that extra mile to achieve this for me. I cannot thank James and the lads enough for all their hard work - they went above and beyond - and I can highly recommend them. I will certainly be using the Company again in the future, as from my own experience, and the glowing reviews from other Customers, their workmanship and commitment would be very hard to beat. If you're looking for some exterior property maintenance, roof, patio, car-park, cladding, cleaning & washing/sealing etc. then the guys at Northern Restoration do a great job, as you can see from the pictures of the roof cleaning work they have just done for us (Before doing the patio/drive) A top job & a good set of blokes. I'd recommend giving them a shout for a quote, they brought our roof back to as good as new and all our neighbours commented and were impressed with the results. We asked them to continue on and bring our patio flags back to life & re-grout the joints and do a full clean on the driveway/block paved areas, again the lads did a good job and we are very pleased with the results. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

They arrived promptly, were courteous and ensured they weren't blocking anyone in with their van. I was very pleased with the result as there was 40 years of moss on the roof. I would certainly recommend this company.

We have a new cleaner at our site and I never seen a toilets and kitchen cleaned that well, from tiles, cuboards to toilets etc. that well in my 20 years of being at the site. I had to give her a positive feedback as she does her job really well and she cares. Really professinal lady.

I attended the Great Yorkshire Show today and lost my car!!!! I could not remember where I parked and got very upset as I was on my own. Ashley, who was due to clean all the toilets after the show, stopped what he was doing and drove me around all the car parks to find my car. He made me feel safe again and was very caring and comforting!!! I really appreciate his help and can't thanks him enough. Ashley had a big shift ahead of him but he was still more than happy to make sure I was safe. He is a credit to your company.

I’ve been using Freshly Maid for around six months now and love the service. Whilst it’s not the cheapest, the quality and reliability is fantastic. The fact that I don’t have to rely on the availability of a single cleaner, but have access to a whole team who bring all their own cleaning products and equipment is really convenient.

Jenny from Freshly Maid is an absolute gem! She comes to us twice a week and is punctual, friendly and the most efficient cleaning lady we’ve had. She’s like the Duracell bunny with so much energy and enthusiasm! Also, Ally (the office manager) is responsive, organised and is such lovely lady. I highly recommend Freshly Maid.

Used Jewel to do a deep clean in a house that sorely needed it. Julie came along personally to discuss what needed doing, was very professional and explained exactly what they would do and how long it would take. Her team did a great job and even a few extras things that cropped up during the cleaning. They are certainly not cheap compared to other cleaning companies, but are dependable and do a great job, so are worth it. We are considering using them now on a regular basis for once monthly cleaning. Its nice to work with a reliable company that does exactly what it promises.

Fantastic and friendly service from Julie and the team. They always check in with us and do an excellent job, even on some nightmare end of tenancy cleans. If there has ever been an issue, Julie has been so professional and understanding and helpful in coming back same or next day to snag and resolve any issues.
