I got in touch with Quality Roofing to replace a roof tile which had blown off and smashed. I made one phone call to Lee, he was very helpful and knowledgeable which is reassuring and he confirmed a very quick turnaround time. When Lee and his colleague arrived, they were both very friendly and professional, they did the repair, explained what they had done and left the area clean and tidy. Very personable and price very reasonable especially for the end to end customer service you get. Definitely recommend!

Lee was amazing - he identified the issue quickly and efficiently. It was only a small job but he replaced the broken tiles and damaged felt there and then. Lee, Dave, and the team have been amazing. My elderly mother was quoted an eye watering amount for a relatively simple job of replacing some felt, battens, and tiles on a smallish section of roof that was letting in rain water. Dave gave a reasonable quote, put my mum at ease, and gave her an understandable explanation as to what needed to be done. The work was then done quickly, to the highest standard, and they even came back to fit new gutter clips that they didn't have to hand on the day. Mum was recovering from a hip operation and they even made sure strangers coming to her door were challenged! Couldn't recommend more, will be using again.
