A BRILLIANT experience with Xpressing Cleaning. They came to our rescue and did a phenomenal job of our house. We unfortunately had a really bad experience with Happy House (please avoid Happy House) who were hired to do an after building clean and essentially left my mother in tears. I called Xpressing cleaning and explained my situation, that we desperately needed our house cleaned as soon as possible and the service was fab from the get go. Rosie came and saw us the next day and gave us a quote, she managed to squeeze us in for the following week (even though they were booked for the whole month!) and it was such a THOROUGH clean. Everything from top to bottom was sparkling and we are SO happy with the service. Not to mention Rosie, George and the team are so lovely. It’s hard to find a company that you can trust but you can absolutely trust Rosie and team wholeheartedly. I also had a really lovely chat with Rosie and they are trying to break the negative stereotype that comes with cleaning companies and I can absolutely vouch that they are! It was a very positive experience and we will be continuing to have deep cleans through Rosie and team.

Tenants had left very stubborn Velcro adhesive residue on window and door frames which I found impossible to remove. I contacted Xpressing Cleaning Services and they called me back very promptly and arranged a visit to quote for the clean. The quote was very reasonable and a few days later Rosie and George came back and completed the clean - very good indeed and highly recommended. Professional, Reliable and Honest.

Cheryl and her team were really professional and friendly. Cheryl conducted a free quote for an end of tenancy clean, which was a very reasonable price. Upon meeting Cheryl, we felt confident that NGS would complete the clean to a high and standard and they did not disappoint! I was amazed by how clean they managed to get our oven. NGS also provided all the paperwork we requested in a timely manner and we’re available to answer any queries we had. Would definitely recommend.

The team at Karis are super professional. From booking in the clean, to when the team arrived they were so friendly, they brought all their own products (high end cleaning products) and were so thorough. They moved all my child's toys and play equipment and dusted EVERYTHING. Never had such a thorough "regular" clean. Needless to say we booked for them to come back each week. Would 100% recommend. Look no further for carpet cleaning! John has just finished an amazing job for me, a thorough and professional clean of lounge, bedroom, landing and staircase carpets. Fab work from the friendly and professional chaps at Steam x. I live on the second floor, there’s no lift. They didn’t complain at all (unlike many other delivery men let alone guys with a 150 kilos machine). They were fast, polite and the clean was fab. Great value for money. Top marks steam x!!!

Called T&M to clean my fridge freezer that had not been opened for 5 months post renovations after a house fire. For an end of tenancy clean in Surrey, do not go anywhere else. My mother is a professional cleaner. I’d say I’m a decently good authority on the subject. Without doubt the best cleaning job (sorry, mum) I’ve ever seen. The house was left simply flawless. It’s just a shame my family and I had to move out, we can’t make the most of it! There was a tiny issue - where the sealant of our washer was accidentally left uncleaned - which was raised on the end of tenancy checkout report. The customer service to rectify it was incredible though! After querying with Maid for each other via a WhatsApp message, they went back the next day to clean the seal. All completely for free too. And to think I was considering doing the clean myself to save some cash. These guys were worth every penny!
