They are prompt, courteous, and often very accommodating to my schedule. The team work efficiently and leave my home in great condition, as well as always remember to use the correct products for different surfaces, including my wooden floors. The team at Karis are super professional. From booking in the clean, to when the team arrived they were so friendly, they brought all their own products (high end cleaning products) and were so thorough. They moved all my child's toys and play equipment and dusted EVERYTHING. Never had such a thorough "regular" clean. Needless to say we booked for them to come back each week. Would 100% recommend. The team at Karis did a great job completing our end of tenancy clean! They came prepared with all their own supplies and had the flat sparkling in just a few hours. The only thing they left behind was a bit of dust on the top ledges of the windows, and when we spotted it they quickly rectified the situation and cleaned it. We would definitely recommend using Karis cleaners if you’re based in Guildford!
