Amazing customer service from Baker St Dry Cleaners! Took in a delicate lace beaded dress that had been drenched in red wine (thanks drunken wedding guest) and they were honest with me and said they may not be able to fully remove all stains, and asked for a bit of extra time. I was happy with this, and glad they were upfront. But they performed magic—two weeks later, I collected the dress in sparkly pristine condition. I’m not sure who was more thrilled, me or the lovely friendly lady behind the counter 😁

Brought in an ancient embroidered rug from Rajasthan that had been a throw on a sofa for decades to ask whether cleaning it was possible. Amazing, personal service from Baker Street Dry Cleaners from the get go! The staff recognised how delicate and precious the item was right away. Roop even called her mum to research the natural dyes that would have been used originally - particularly how stable they would be when cleaning and Surgit decided it was best to clean it himself carefully by hand! What more could you possibly ask?! Great service, expertise and attention to detail, kindness and lots of smiles. I couldn't be happier!
