Have been very impressed with Carper Pro from the very first call I made to them. They’re very professional and friendly and offer a great service. I spoke to Jason on a few occasions and he was always very helpful. Grant came out to clean the carpets and again, we were very impressed with him and how very friendly he was. A lovely guy. He arrived on time and did a great job of refreshing our carpets. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone who needs their carpets cleaned. Have booked them again for a clients house now.

So our (beige) carpet has gone through the dust from building work, muddy feet from the garden, and now puppy training "accidents." We thought we would give it a go have it cleaned to see how it came up and if it was beyond cleaning buy a new one. I can honestly say the carpet looks amazing. No need for a new carpet yet! I wish I had taken before and after photos. The machine Grant used has brought all the pile back to life and the stains have gone. It also smells wonderful. Grant let us know what time he would be there and was thorough and professional throughout. I would definitely recommend this company. Its prices are really competitive and for the service received, excellent value for money. A great job all round! I will definitely be using Carpet Pro again! 👍

Carpet Pro came to clean my corner sofa and did a fantastic job! There was good communication about the booking (as well as a reminder), he was on time, the process was quick and he even got rid of a stain on my carpet he spotted too! It was very reasonably priced and i'd definitely recommend. I'll be booking in to have all of my carpets cleaned asap! Thank you!
