Billy was so knowledgeable and honest when he came to quote. On the day he and his team were efficient, quick and thorough. Really appreciated all the fans they left to speed up drying out the carpets, (hall, stairs and 2 bedrooms), so as to accommodate my frail 92yr old motherinlaw getting back into her room.
Billy was honest about how successful he might be with some of the stains, but the results were significantly improved on my attempts and all the carpets looked and smelled great.

Nel’s carpet cleaning did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for professional carpet cleaning. I wanted to get rid of dog hair and smell in the house after a tenant moved out and the service did just that! Billy is a great guy and he explained the different steps and machine he was using while on the job. Couldn’t have wished for a better service!
What a great job Billy did on our living room carpet. We inherited the carpet when we bought our property and it probably has never been properly cleaned before. Instead of a murky cream we have an almost white carpet now. Very happy indeed and would highly recommend Nel's Carpet Cleaning.
All upstairs carpets and stairwell look like new. 2 years old and multiple stains from young children/ make up spillages/ coffee etc. All gone and smells incredible
