After recently undergoing major surgery which has affected me physically - limiting even the most basic of tasks, I decided that I needed some help to give our home a thorough deep clean and some serious TLC and looked into hiring a professional cleaning service. After spending some time researching reviews of local cleaning companies, Selected Cleaning (Canterbury) services and excellent reviews stood out for me. I contacted Jen who is lovely and listened to my needs and worked with me to create a cleaning plan that fitted with my requirements.

On the agreed cleaning day, Jen & Kevin arrived on time and I immediately felt their professionalism. They were equipped with all the necessary tools and eco-friendly cleaning supplies, which was a big plus for me. They were friendly and clearly skilled in what they do. They tackled every inch of my home, from
tackling my impossibly hard to clean red brick kitchen floor, scrubbing bathrooms & tiled flooring, cleaning windows & slatted wooden blinds, dusting, hoovering, cleaning all our oak flooring, oak beams and skirting boards. Our home was sparkling afterwards.

I was amazed at how clean and fresh everything smelled when they finished. It was like stepping into a brand new home! I also appreciated that Jen & Kevin took the time to ask me if there were any specific areas I wanted them to focus on. Their attention to detail is remarkable. Another big plus is that they are very dog friendly. I was so impressed that I have now asked for Selected Cleaning Canterbury to undertake weekly cleaning for me starting in the New Year. I could not recommend Jen & Kevin from Selected Cleaning highly enough.

We are absolutely blown away by the fantastic job Jen did during her deep clean of our main depot! The main focus was the newly installed kitchen and the toilet/shower room, which had accumulated a lot of dust and mess from the renovation. However, Jen went above and beyond, cleaning the entire depot and leaving it sparkling clean from top to bottom.

Her commitment to excellence was truly remarkable—she even went over her usual deep clean time, dedicating 7.5 hours to ensure every detail was perfect. Completing this entire clean on her own with such care and thoroughness exceeded all our expectations.
