Placed a call in about ten days ago, when my enquiry was answered, an appointment day and time was made for today, for an operative called Sam, to visit and sort out Mum's double oven. Sam arrived on time and armed with his cleaning materials and floor coverings. Sam explained that he may need to pop in and out to his vehicle, but would only be gone a few moments at a time. By the time I had sorted a visitors permit to cover Sam's parking, Sam had already begun setting to work. A little under two hours and voila, job done. Mum is absolutely thrilled with Sam's work and the result which has left her double integrated oven looking like new. Sam remained professional the entire time and left the kitchen looking as he had found it. He even left the oven/grill pan nice and clean. The ovens were also left ready to use, thanks to the non-toxic cleaning materials used and Sam advised an annual visit would be sufficient should we need this service again, to keep mums ovens in tip-top condition. Would recommend this service and will be calling them again in the future. £85 paid and found this real value for money, additional services are available, but on this occasion we settled for just a double oven clean.
