We started to use Phoenix Office Cleaning following a recommendation from another supplier. Two years in and we have not been disappointed. The cleaning service itself is very good indeed. The communication with Phoenix is also excellent. We had to altar the frequency of visits as number of times through the various lock downs and Phoenix has been very accommodating. We have used Phoenix Cleaning for many years to clean our church, offices and hall. They do a great job and have been so helpful and flexible over the whole COVID period. It was reassuring when we had a case in one of our hall users that they were able to come and do a deep clean and we didn't have to worry about finding out the regulations in force. Also we do not need to worry about cleaners being on holiday as they provide someone else for these times. With Phoenix we can trust them to get on and do the job and we don't have to worry about it at all.

David and his team clean our Head office in Andover, and have been nothing but reliable and hardworking over the last 3 years. Nothing it too much trouble, if we want something extra done, a quick email to David sorts it. The cleaners he uses are friendly, trustworthy and reliable. I have never had reason to complain or worry that a job would not get done. Even during covid lockdown, our offices were cleaned to a high standard daily. I cannot describe how happy I am with the work ‘no stone unturned cleaning ltd’ have done to the ladies at Haskins, West End, Southampton have done. I am unusually funny about using toilets in public areas. I walked in and the aroma or fruit and flowers hit me it was amazing. The floors were clean, paper AND water free. Brilliant, what a lovely experience.

Fantastic job. We'd been making the mistake of hiring well meaning cleaners with domestic machines that just weren't doing a good enough job of our carpets (which see daily traffic from 3 under 5s!) Rob came our, did the whole lot in just over an hour for £90. Two large carpets completely cleaned. Really happy with the work and a really nice guy as well.

Our cleaner did an amazing job, we had our bathroom and kitchen cleaned, we told her which areas are priority and she did just that. Our bathroom was like new again! And the stains on the kitchen floor are gone! We are very happy with this. It didn’t take long to book the service (within a week) and we found Symone’s communication to be excellent. I have been using Clean Club for quite some time now and can not recommend them enough. I have high standards, especially when it comes to the appearance and cleanliness of my home and like to keep it immaculate all the time. The team at Clean Club have helped me achieve that and have always gone above and beyond to ensure I am 100% satisfied. The teams positive “can do” attitude is a breath of fresh air and I am always met with enthusiasm and such positive energy during my visits. The team are 110% trustworthy and have keys to access my property. They provide an efficient and reliable service and I love coming home after a clean to what feels like 5* hotel standards. With busy work commitments, laundry and linen sometimes takes a back seat, Clean Club go a step further and take care of this for me. The dreaded task of cleaning the oven used to haunt me but now its taken care of by Clean Club who leave it looking like new each time. I travel for work so my schedule changes quite abit and Clean Club do their absolute best to accommodate me and provide flexibility which is key. Highly recommend Mike, great communication, easy to book in with, prompt. Very knowledgeable and listened to what we needed, which was a good clean of very well used carpets (dog as a puppy had had accidents and cats. Carpets were given a great clean with professional equipment and chemicals and deodorised. We are delighted with the results and will definitely keep on top of our carpets by booking in at least yearly with Mike. Thank you for the great job, it’s made a huge difference to us. (Photos show shadows from furniture- not marks on carpet.) Also bonus being super dog friendly which helped our nervous dog.

Would highly recommend. I rang Mike first thing in the morning regarding a carpet stain and he was round to have a look a couple of hours later. Unfortunately it was determined the stain couldn’t be removed but he had a go and didn’t charge anything for a call out fee or for his advice. Will be coming back if we ever need anything else in future!
