After hiring rug doctors 4 times I contacted last night and my hall stairs and living room were done before 2pm today. Emma is super professional has amazing customer service amd done a fantastic job. My carpets were heavily surface stained from dogs and by the time she left my carpets look as they did when they were laid. Highly recommended. Personally will never hire a carpet cleaner again and will continue to use this company moving forward. Really good service at really good prices. Arrived on time. I booked a end of tenancy clean with oven and one of the carpets to be washed. The carpet that was washed looks new, no more coffee stains on the carpet. Would recommend to anyone that wants a great job done in a timely manner. By far the best end of tenancy cleaner I have come across

Very professional and a perfect service, Jordan turned up on time and was friendly and got straight to getting the job done I honestly never thought my carpets or sofa would look the same after having a toddler and crazy dog run riot and make them both utterly filthy but after about an hour or so they all.looled brand new again will be using him in future and recommending him to anyone and everyone that needs this type of service worth every penny and was also done alot quicker than I thought

Excellent customer service. Jordan was extremely professional throughout and was happy to rearrange the appointment at short notice. My 10 year old sofa is looking fresh and clean - which is no easy feat and at a very reasonable, comparable price to other similar places.
