A brilliant service. The carpets are visibly fresher, feel cleaner and look like they have some longevity left. Thanks to Jordan for his kindness and advice and lovely company.

Had Fresh Fibres clean our lounge and stair carpets. Very happy with the results, they look new. Didn't get the lads name who did them but he was very professional and respectful to the property, chatty and friendly. Would definitely use again and recommend.

This is the third time I have used Fresh Fibres. Each time I have found them to be helpful and friendly, from start to finish. The staff are knowledgeable, professional and keen to do a good job. They don’t leave the carpets wet through and they are dry in no time. I will definitely use them again and have no hesitation in recommending this firm.,If you have carpets that need cleaning give them a try.

We didn’t know what to expect from Fresh Fibres. The young man who came certainly had a very good understanding of carpets. He was very polite and shook hands with us both. Everything is in the van so they don’t use your water or electricity. After the carpets and upholstery have dried we were pleased overall with the lift in the pile and the colour. Stubborn stains like rust will not come out but can be reduced. It isn’t a cheap service but it’s not anything you can do on your own at home. We wanted the modern equivalent of Scotsguard treatment which more or less doubles the price. Don’t expect miracles but you will get a good job and certainly better than you can do on your own. A polite and efficient service that does a good job.
