Not one for writing reviews at all but I would feel like I have let this rug company down if I didn’t the service was that impeccable. Asked for a quote - received same day Accepted quote - following day I received a text to say the rug was being collected. Driver reached out when 30 mins away. They had the rug no more than 10 days and I received the bank details to pay or was given an option to pay the driver. Rug was then delivered the following day in pristine condition. Again driver reached out to say he was on his way. Genuinely brilliant service - what a great service you have! Well done!👏🏼 I will 100% be using you annually. Thanks

Researched for ages to find a cleaner for my rug, Although the rug was only about 3yrs old it was very deep pile and was looking absolutely filthy. I always hoovered it and even tried cleaning it myself with a carpet shampoo machine but it just seemed to get worse. The pile on the rug had flattened so much I even tried raking it ! I was actually going to throw the rug away but it was expensive and I loved it. I contacted the RugSpa after reading previous reviews and also because of the convenience of them collecting my rug from my home address and returning it also. I received my rug back today and all I can say is WOW !!!!! The rug is absolutely spotless, the pile has returned and the colour is so fresh. The service was professional from start to finish and the price was extremely reasonable. The clue is definitely in the name ' Rugspa' because this rug has definitely had Spa and not just a clean !! Thank you so much I am absolutely delighted with the result which I didn't think would be possible.

We contacted Rugcleaningexperts after they were recommended by a friend. Our rug had an odour as we previously had a dog which we tried unsuccessfully to clean ourselves on numerous occasions. Rugcleaningexperts were fantastic they kept us informed on collection and progress and when the rug would be returned. It arrived and the odour has gone and it is as clean and fresh as it was when we bought it 5 years ago. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Steve Bradley

The rug is definitely cleaner. Good as new I would say. There were a couple of loops of material pulled through that weren't there before so something must have snagged at some point, but overall the cleaning has salvaged my rug after it had been stained. Which is quite the feat is it is a very uniform rug where stains are easily visible.....

Incredible results! ⭐️⭐️⭐️ After attempting to clean red ice pop stains off a wool rug, I damaged it further leaving large deep brown stains in its place. I contacted Rug Spa in the evening who came back to me straight away with a quote and answered all my questions promptly. The rug was collected the next day and has been returned to me a couple of weeks later. I was informed the stain hadn’t fully come out but it is barely noticeable. The rug looks amazing 🤩
