Would 100% recommend this company for any sofa and carpet cleaning needs. Great friendly service! We have a dog who has stained our sofa which I thought was something that would never have been able to be cleaned but it now looks as good as new! Thanks so much would recommend!

Just had a lounge and hall, stairs, landing carpet cleaned by the lovely couple who run Carpetmonsters. The service as 5 stars and more. Very friendly, trustworthy and respectful of our home. They were personally recommended and I can see why. Quality of cleaning is excellent, carpets look new ! Highly recommend !

What an amazing team! Andy and Gaynor did a fantastic job of cleaning our furniture and carpet. Can’t recommend them enough - we will be recommending to all our friends and family in the area! Reasonably priced and they came at quite short notice.

If you want your carpets cleaned thoroughly and done properly, then book in with Andy asap. Their communication, fantastic, every message was replied to promptly. Customer service, exceptional, Andy and Gaynor are the nicest people you could have the pleasure of meeting and they truly care that you get the best results. They turned up on time and were great with our dog Rolo! I had the stairs/landing and 2 bedroom carpets cleaned and they look BRAND NEW! My house still smells amazing! Their results speak for themselves but if you're thinking about trying them out, DO IT. The prices are very reasonable. I'll be rebooking and have recommended them to everyone I know!

Simply amazing, I've just moved over to my new flat and the carpet has been left in a dreadful conditions (cat urine stains, general dirt...) as soon as I saw the reviews I did not hesistate to contact Carpet monsters, I can't stop thank them for the amazing job they have done!
