I run a large office in Ancoats with deskspaces, kitchens, meeting rooms and lounges. Mike at Adept was great to work with from the start. His quote was reasonable, simple to understand and flexible to our needs. They set us up with a cleaner who has has made a real difference. She's been very reliable and and adapted well to our requirements. She's also lovely! The team behind Adept have been great at checking in with us and also our cleaner. We're really happy so far and would definitely recommend their services.

We have worked with Adept now for a number of months, from quotes to cleans the service is second to none, kept informed throughout the whole process. We also work with them on their employee benefits, I do not know a compnay who value their staff and the wellbeing of their staff as well as Adept do, in current climates they are going above and beyond to keep their staff motivated, healthy and safe, first class.

Used The Professional Cleaning Company for an end of tenancy clean and wow did they deliver! Glass hob - spotless (worked magic as there were incredibly stubborn oil splash marks on it) Oven - spotless Bathroom - spotless (You get where I’m going here) Everything was done to a top standard and very impressed. Had a deep clean from First Maid and am absolutely blown away by their work. The couple that came were very polite and got on with everything without disturbing me at all as I worked in my home office. The house looked the cleanest it ever has since before we bought it! As days passed we did notice a few things that had been missed but nothing major and considering the state the place was in when they got here compared to when they left there is no doubt they worked! The booking process was simple and the response to queries really quick. My only very minor comment is that there should be a note against the mattress deep clean as we couldn't sleep on it that night, which we didn't know! All in all though I thoroughly recommend FirstMaid and am looking forward to starting my regular clean Update 01/06/2022 - I've just had my second regular clean and the first with Vanda and her team. I am so impressed with these ladies, they did an amazing job. I have already recommended FirstMaid to our neighbour and would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone.

Absolutely amazing service! I have a regular fortnightly clean and my cleaning team are so dedicated to their work, it really shows in the quality of the clean I get. They care about attention to detail and I love coming home from a hard day at work to my home being sparkling! My team are so reliable and really do work their socks off. They are very friendly, polite and are a complete asset to Kingsmaid. The office staff are always very helpful when I call upon them and always go the extra mile! We have started fortnightly cleans with Kingsmaid, James and Tiffany have been great in communicating and organising things for us, all tailored to our needs. Mandy and Alana have been amazing looking after our home. Friendly, professional and very efficient in their work, paying attention to detail and leaving our home sparkling clean.
