I’ve been using Trade Solutions for window cleaning over the past year, and I’ve always been really happy with their work. The team are friendly, professional, reliable, and my windows always look great. In December, they really went above and beyond when they helped fix a broken gutter that needed some attention after the storms. I really appreciated them stepping in to take care of that. I’d definitely recommend Sam and the team – they’re fantastic and always do a great job!

We had the outside of our conservatory cleaned in February. We were very happy with the care taken completing the job, our conservatory was sparkling. The service provided by Aspire was exemplorary. Not only were the team efficient beyond my capabilities, but the sensitivity applied and the understanding of trauma and its impact was made non judgemental. Jayne and team were very responsive and respectful with their communication, both in arranging the service and also offering ongoing updates. The task, though overwhelming for myself, was carried out with ease; despite little instruction. I am greatly impressed by the service to our humanity and will remember always the rescue mission carried out. The time it took seemed impossible. I have employed Phoenix Cleaning services for seven consecutive years for general cleaning of the estalishment and also to maintain our busy bed and breakfast rooms here at the Cross Keys Inn, Lydford. I accept nothing but professionalism and great quality of service which Phoenix provides an abundance. The public house is always cleaned daily to an extremely high standard ready for our guests for 8 am breakfast. We have six rooms which have been maintained and deep cleaned after every guest by their team to such a high standard as reflected by the reviews from our guests. We have used Phoenix for our holiday let this summer. We have received positive comments from every single guest about how clean the property is and that is so important in this business. They also go the extra mile with laying out biscuits, tea, coffee etc which is also appreciated. Sarah is also super responsive with any queries so all in all, very happy customer.

Angela and her team for a number of years have been providing a reliable, professional, high quality cleaning service both to our own home and to our holiday let, The Hayloft in Castle Cary. As well as cleaning our holiday let they provide the linen and laundry. Guests regularly comment on the cleanliness of the Hayloft and the quality of the sheets and towels in reviews of their stays. What's more Angela and her team bend over backwards to accommodate last minute bookings and bookings I have, very occasionally, left off the schedule. Angela herself works extremely hard, not only cleaning, but also to teach, train and encourage her team to see cleaning as a craft and a valuable profession. It is Angela's professionalism which permeates through everything Phoenix does. Highly recommend.
