Malcolm is thorough, responsive and honest about what he can and cannot do. We have had issues with builders who say yes to everything even if they have no experience and some definitely don't know where to draw the line but this is not the case with Malcolm. We would definitely recommend him.
Malcolm has extensively worked on our new build house. Tiling all shower rooms, downstairs toilet & building both a garden privacy fence and our detached garage. Not to mention extensively plastering throughout the home. All his work is done right first time, (his plastering is like glass to the touch) he is also a genuinely friendly person which makes him a pleasure to give work projects to.
